****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
You will be welcomed by large, brightly colored town homes with large front porches and brick sidewalks that are reminiscent of a Charleston, SC neighborhood. Lighted quiet streets lend themselves to romantic early evening strolls as you take in the neighborhood, the views of the water that surrounds the island on 3 sides and of course those fabulous Ocean City sunsets. During the day, kids can be seen riding bikes on those same streets and enjoying the open play area throughout the community. This year-round community features a clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private beaches, a community boat ramp, boat slips, a fishing/crabbing pier, shoreline walking paths and even interactive water fountains for the kids. If that wasn't enough, there is also a general store, a cafe and a restaurant located right on the shores of the bay! Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach, this Sunset Island is ready to make this your best Ocean City vacation ever!
If you are going to stay in this fabulous community, then you should be staying at an equally as impressive home. This beautiful 5 BR 4.5 BA unit will accommodate 12 people and is exactly what you want! This home features 4 nicely appointed levels. On the first level you will find a bedroom with its own private bath and the laundry area. As you move up to the main level, there is the living room, 2 dining areas, a sitting area and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is ready for all of your culinary creations! The 3rd level hosts the master bedroom with private bath and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. The 4th level has a private suite with its own bathroom and a private balcony that gives you a view of the bay!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The community resort fee includes parking for 3 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 4/30 = $75, 5/1 to 5/25 = $110, 5/26 to 9/10 = $150, 9/8 - 9/30 = $110 and 10/1 to 12/31 = $75. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $70 each. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island. We are not responsible for any changes/ differences in community fees or changes in pool operation/ closures.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* There is parking for 3 vehicles- 1 in the garage and 2 on the driveway outside of the garage.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 67th street.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 12 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect! It was large, clean and had everything that we needed! The property management was our only issue. We went to them 4 times about us getting told the correct place for our 3rd vehicle to park and they never gave us correct information. Even with a parking pass, they kept giving us parking violations. This was an unpleasant part of our stay here.

Our family enjoyed staying at Sunset Island. There is so much to do with leaving the resort. It was a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The home fit our family and was very spacious.

The property is awesome. Sunset Island is a hidden gem inside Ocean City, Maryland. This is my first stay here and won’t be my last. So much to do within the property to enjoy your stay with family and friends.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Sunset Island. Pretty much everything thing you need in one place. We only left the premises for the boardwalk. There is even shopping near by. But..... the unit we were in, could have been a little cleaner. I even had to wipe down the coffee table from spills. Other than the cleaning, everything else was wonderful.

This is a wonderful property which was quiet and relaxing. The complex has great walking paths and three private beaches along with a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools. The house is very comfortable and clean. A great experience for our large family, we would definitely rent again.

we had a great time. The place at 39 Canal Walk Lane is great with loads of space. Dave and Rhonda were very nice to work with. The location on Sunset Island is perfect for those looking for a beach experience without all the hustle and bustle of downtown Ocean City.

The townhouse provided us with room for the entire family including grandchildren. A short walk to the beach and right near a small bay/beach which was good for kids. The townhouse was clean and parking was easy. The kitchen provided space for all of us to eat as a family, play games and hangout. We have always loved vacationing in OC, but this was the first time we tried SI. We would definitely go back again. So nice to have access to kayaks etc as well as restaurants, mini golf and stores all a short walk away.

everything was great on the rental the entire week. the property of sunset island management office was not a good experience at all. was given wrong information and was never allowed to use the pool which was one of the reasons we rented this property. if it wasnt for the great experience of the rental company i probably would never go back to sunset island.
The bathrooms tubs had hair in one or two rooms. Clean a little better. Television remote control on main level was damaged and needed batteries. Overall it was a good stay.
