****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This large 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath townhouse, is located near 7th street in downtown Ocean City and can accommodate 10 people!
You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and skate park just to name a few. You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked in the garage and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach!
This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and has TVs in most rooms. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. With two decks, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those cool evening bay breezes and there are even peaks of the beach!
So come and relax, leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us!
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This property utilizes a ring doorbell for security purposes.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* There is a garage that will fit 2 vehicles.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 7th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

Great location to beach and bay. Plenty of room for 10. Was not as clean as expected. Carpets need to be cleaned with carpet cleaner. Found bedrooms were not vacuumed. No beach carts as displayed in photos. Oven was dirty. Carbon monoxide detector went off, bought batteries still was beeping. Called rental company to address floors and carbon monoxide detector. Was addressed after we requested. I think cleaning process was rushed. People with kids need to watch kids so food and gum not in bunk room. We looked past the not clean areas and enjoyed family time.

Overall this was a great place to stay for our family. The house had everything we needed and was only a couple minute wall to the boardwalk and beach. Having a 2 car garage was also nice to avoid parking on the street.
The only minor things to call out were that the house clearly hadn't been cleaned more than just the surfaces in a while and that a handful of beach items shown in th listing were not available. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind furniture and garbage left behind a couple beds. Both of those things were very minor and did not affect the quality of our stay.
This house was exactly what we were looking for and our family had a great stay. I would highly recommend staying here for the price, the size of the house, and proximity to everything you need. We will most likely consider staying at the same house again for future visits.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course . Highly recommend this property

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.

We had a great golf trip to OC and the rental property was perfect for our group of seven. The house was clean and comfortable, with a garage and nice balconies. The location was close to the boardwalk and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. We will certainly consider Benchmark Properties for our future golf trips.

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

A 4 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, this up to date home offers enough space and amenities for the family. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, the middle level has a half bath, balcony, and plenty of living/kitchen space to eat a meal with the family. The third level has a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a shower in the bathroom and a water closet. All fixtures and electronics were in working order. The pool may be small, but it was kept clean and was great for a cool off while cooking on the grill. We were all very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to mention...senior week is a thing here in Ocean City. We did not know that and spent the week surrounded by teens. Most were respectful, but some obnoxious. We had our recent graduate with us, so we weren't uncomfortable, and the week was relatively quiet, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, although it could’ve been cleaned better as we discovered ants in our pizza box the first morning. The property manager was quick to respond and follow up to make sure we were taken care of, so that was a plus. The kids loved the pool and the house was fully stocked with dishes and silverware. We also found a playground close by that the kids enjoyed. Also, the walk to the beach was only 3 blocks away. The streets to cross were quite busy, and in the heart of downtown. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend this to others who are looking for a convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk.

We enjoyed staying here. The carpets need to be replaced and the wifi isn’t strong enough for remote work. All things considered it was a decent place to stay.
