This is our 2nd time staying at this location and once again it did not disappoint.

The condo was nice, quiet and clean.

Nice unit. All you need for a nice stay. Relaxing atmosphere. Love the enclosed balcony. I sit out there, open it up, and read all night listening to the waves and smelling the ocean breeze

This is a nice condo on the north end of Ocean City. Everything is very clean and well cared for. The pool is lovely and not overcrowded.

Overall, I highly recommend this condo! It’s a great location near several restaurants you can walk to, a short two minute walk to the beach and a heated pool that was fun for the kids!

The only improvement would be that the owner needs to replace the bed frames as they are very squeaky (I borrowed tools to tighten them) and there needs to be a minimum number of cleaning supplies available (Such as hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, several rolls of toilet paper). We purchased all of our supplies and left behind what we did not use completely for the next renters.

The only improvement for the management company would be how they issue parking permits. The management company office closes at 5 PM (they are also closed on Sundays) and the security personnel do not issue out parking permits, this should be changed.

This rental was perfect for the kids' first ocean vacation! The rental was clean, looked like the pictures and was easy to check in. We did not reach out to the property manager once during our stay because everything was exactly as advertised. I would definitely book this property again!

We had a wonderful vacation. This is the second time we stayed in this unit. It never disappoints. Place is comfortable and clean. The enclosed balcony was so great on the hot days drinking coffee and watching the ocean does not get any better than that. The pyramid has a great pool if you get tired of the beach. This pool is one of the cleanest pools we have been in. Staff is very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here;however, there were some things that could’ve been nicer. For example, the kitchen sink was very stinky, even after we rinsed it out numerous times it still stank the entire visit. The cleaning people did not do a very good job. I had to wipe everything down as soon as I got into the unit. The finish was coming off of the patio door handles and would transfer onto our hands. Also, upon entering the condo, it had a weird stinky smell to it that never went away. The outside of the condo unit around the door frame is all rusted and paint chipping,and is definitely a huge eyesore. With all this being said, the condo is very nicely decorated and you can tell that the owner tried to think of everything a vacationer might need and it is very well equipped.
The condo is decorated very nicely and very beachy, and we love the very private view from our balcony, despite someone smoking constantly somewhere nearby and the cigarette wafting back into our condo.

Our 2nd time staying at this Condo. It is a very well maintained unit. New AC installed and so much quieter. Everything is clean and tidy on arrival. Perfect location Oceanfront and directly over beautiful pool. Will stay here again without a doubt!

I highly recommend this rental if you're into awesome views of the ocean, sunrises, walkable 7-11, Ace grocery store, the beach, the bay, peaceful but close to everything. The condo was clean, updated, beds were comfy. The building felt safe with security. Owner was easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

Property, unit, pool and beach were very clean and well represented. The unit itself was comfortable and as depicted in listing. The enclosed balcony was the highlight- wonderful views and great breeze!

A beautifully decorated, clean condo on the Ocean. So soothing listening to the waves on the enclosed balcony. Everything you need is there, beds were comfortable. Only issue was trying to find local tv stations with all the apps available. The entrance could be more more visible at night with lighting and a bigger Pyramid sign.

Great little place, in a great location. This is our second time renting this unit, as we enjoyed it very much last time as well . It is adorably updated and decorated, it is welcoming and easy to settle into. Well equipped and clean. The best part is the enclosed balcony, gives incredible views of the ocean and is a great place to sit down with a book! Very relaxing!

The condo was clean, clean,nicely decorated, great view of beach. Parking was 10.00 more than was told, check in was a little frustrating, as they did not know which unit we were in, and no one had told us prior. Had to call contact. Other than that, all good.

My family & I (6 guests in total) had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated beach house condo. The place was spotless when we arrived & they had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, board games for the kids & simple toiletries(however we had to get more toilet paper & paper towel as they only gave us 2 of each). I loved the enclosed balcony as it was used as a bonus room to either relax & watch the waves crash on the shore or even take a snooze if you wanted. We got to watch our favorite netflix shows at night & it had personal wifi for us remote workers. The beds were clean, comfortable & plush & as a traveler that is appreciated as you are tired from the drive. Another perk which seems small to some was that we did not have to wait a long time for an elevator to go up or down. The building itself also was in good condition & seemed to be maintained well by the staff. A few inconveniences were: parking only accommodates one vehicle & so unless your traveling in one car to a place that accommodates 6 people you are forced to park another vehicle across the street. The pyramid complex itself wouldnt even offer another parking pass for additional cost due to the “lot being completely full” but we found that out to be a lie. You would have to pull into the underground garage to use the luggage runners as they were not allowed out the front door. To use the pool it costs an additional 40$ and at one point the pool was locked up & unable to be used with no notice as to why & it was way before they closed the pool. They also dont provide any towels to dry off so you get out freezing. Lastly, the 10am check out was a tight window to clean & pack & would have been nice if we were given to at least 11am like most hotels. Otherwise, this place was phenomenal & would book here again with no question. P.S. a nice added feature to guests who may not be familiar with the area is a small itinerary of nearby restaurants, attractions, events ect. :)

When we got there, our code wouldn’t work to get in. We emailed owners our phone number and they guided us how to get in. House rules were not to adjust fridge temp. It was warm so we didn’t use the fridge. The place was perfect. We saw the wild foxes on the beach from our room and we saw dolphins in the water from the balcony. But if you plan to go here I suggest packing your own pillows. .

We loved our stay here. Being further down in OC was more quiet and there were good options for breakfast and dinner nearby. The condo was really clean and easy to access. It was also nice having the closed-in balcony to enjoy coffee in or hang out in if it rained. Great view of the ocean! I hope we can stay here again sometime.

The co do was amazing with an incredible view! Upon arrival everything was clean! But there really are not words for the view and the porch being set up with patio doors on both sides. Allowing you to sit and open the beachside doors while keeping inside closed and the condo cool and free of any flying insects. Close to so

We arrived early evening and it was so simple to get into the unit. First impression was how beautiful the place was and looked as depicted in the VRBO pictures! After settling in from a long travel day from Chicago, we immediately felt like we were home away from home! The bed comfort level was okay, and the couch cushions are a little worn in, but we still got the rest we needed. The WIFI was great as long as you are in the main living area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and clean! The beach is clean, and the pool is well maintained. The Pyramid facility, overall, is awesome (we commented on how fast the elevators ran every time we used them). ALL of the restaurants within walking distance are excellent! We barely drove our rental car! We highly recommend this unit to anyone, and we may be back sometime in the next year.

Room for improvement: The AC unit was loud, and the water pipes banged every time we used the kitchen sink. The cleaning people should be sure to remove any previous guest's rental papers and make sure there is no trace of human hairs in the bathroom (sadly there were a few in the main bathroom). The check-in documents stated a $30 parking fee, but the management people required $40 - cash only. One last comment, apparently a unit owner nearby has a dog and it barked excessively at various times and the unit upstairs sounded like they were stomping on the floor.

We had a lovely time here. Though our 1st impression was not positive, as the condo entrance had a rusty door & peeling paint. We were thankful the inside was as beautiful as depicted in the pictures. You could tell owners put a lot of work into making everything feel clean & cozy. Like others, the balcony was one of our favorite places. We were also thankful for the good quality kitchen supplies, furniture set up, comfy beds and plethora of games & books. We also loved having the beach right outside. Tub/shower could use some TLC.
Paint was peeling & Water pressure was a up & down though the rest of bathroom was beautiful. AC Unit was a bit loud, but owners sent HVAC over within 30 min & this seems to be the nature of the system. We may have noticed in more since we stayed in a lot. I still rated this 5 stars. I want to create an honest review but also would wholeheartedly return again. Owners were superb in answering all our concerns & were even able to offer us a slightly later checkout.

We loved our stay at the Pyramid condo. The enclosed porch was my favorite room. Read a book and watch the ocean. Awesome. Beds were comfy, beautiful kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything you need for a great getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! The property was exactly as described, and the view was beautiful! Our host was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay in this spacious, tastefully decorated 1 BR beach front condo. All new appliances, including full size refrigerator, stove and in unit washer/dryer are a real plus!.The large, enclosed balcony offered additional living space. The beds and all furniture were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

As a single mom its hard to be able to afford to take my kids on vacation. This was very affordable and easy to book. Beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable beds even the pull out couch. Would definitely book again.

Nice condo clean and beachy décor. Nice location short walk to Blue Fish, great Asian cuisine, groceries, and Rose's department store for beach stuff cheep. We will return.
