The place was clean and welcoming. Ocean view was great Would definitely stay there again.

The condo could use some maintenance. The sofa cushions should be removed for vacuuming. Various handles and knobs need to be tightened.
The only real negative was no ability to open the window in the bedroom because of the air conditioner unit.

Our family loved the property and intend to come back. Definitely one of the nicer places to stay in OC that doesnt break the bank.

I have been staying at the Pyramid since 1984 and this unit continues to be a favorite! The property owners are generous in every way. Anyone staying here will feel pampered. I love the privacy of this place and the ease of joining the group on the beach. Thanks to Benchmark for taking good care of the rental process!

We would stay here again. Great accommodations, very clean and well maintained. The enclosed patio was especially nice.

Well kept condo with lots of amenities! You can tell the owners put a lot thought into the guests that would be staying. Loved it!!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway! Perfect location on the beach and next to everything.

A terrific, although too short, vacation, in this beautiful condo, with a perfect view of the ocean and the beach from the 14th floor. Everything was as advertised - clean, on time, and the communication with both the owner and the management was spot on. We would choose this condo and the Pyramid again for sure.

My family of 5, mom and dad and 3 littles, had a great time! Beautiful property, clean, convenient. The pool is a huge plus! Even though it’s one bedroom, we all fit in it including a pack and play!

-great pool, well maintained
-superb beach access and not by the busy boardwalk which we liked
-gorgeous views
-cookware more than sufficient
-nice clean linens
-plenty of towels

Cons
-room is a bit dated looking
-beach chairs are in need of replacement
-you’re very high up which some may find a bit much with little kids as there is still a sliding glass door to a railing
-$40 (not $30) parking fee

Overall I’d stay here again!

Beautiful views!! It’s not a balcony but more a sun room, but we really liked that with small children because we could still have the views without the dangers of a balcony on the 14th floor. Kitchen stocked very well and sheets with linens bagged was really nice. There’s a coffee shop right across the street too. Unit and bldg a little dated but super clean and the pool was really well maintained. Can’t beat that part of ocean city as it’s quieter than the boardwalk and great for families. Beach chairs with umbrella were adequate. We would stay here again!

The home was so clean and with updated and modern decor. Great location - easy to get to the beach. Elevator moves fast. Front desk staff were always present and friendly which also contributed to feeling quite safe. Beds were comfortable. We used the linens they provide and they were good too. Just overall an amazing spot and will rent there again!

Long weekend was complete with a stay here. The condo was in perfect condition and the view was amazing! Surely on my yearly returns will look to reserve again. Communication between owners and myself were timely and precise. Thank you for a great stay !

We enjoyed our first time in OC. The place was as described to us. Beautiful view. Place was very clean.

My granddaughter and my great granddaughter came with me. We loved just about everything about our stay. The apartment was beautiful...not as clean as I would have liked it but, overall a really nice place. The staff went above and beyond for us. The security guards were all extremely friendly and professional. We felt. Very safe there. So much fun!! Thank you!!!!!

The location was nice when traveling with a toddler. Out of the chaos but still able to walk to restaurants / grocery stores if needed. The access to the beach was great and having a pool was a nice perk, as well. The view from the property was beautiful and the living area was fairly spacious.. The only downside to this property was that it was not the cleanest, which I reached out to the property manager to discuss privately. Hopeful that will be different for other tenants in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at pyramid 2. The condo was immaculate. Everything was really clean. Our beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. The condo was beautifully decorated with just the right touches. We especially enjoyed the enclosed porch where my husband and I would spend time watching the waves while the kids would relax and watch t.v. after a long day at the beach. The entire complex was perfect. The pool was clean and always warm. Easy access to the pool and beach. The view was outstanding. I felt like when I walked out in the morning I was right on the water. We can’t wait to return again.
