****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. It features newer flooring/carpeting throughout. The living room area has all newer furniture along with a flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals. The dining room has a large dining room table that seats 6. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a double/single combo along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and there is wireless internet.
Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know”. This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the larges pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Loved how quiet the condo is. Very comfortable rooms for two adults and two children. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking supply possible and use of washing machine/dryer is a game changer! We plan to come back next year.

I loved the complex it was very clean and well managed. the condo itself was beautiful & had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great location only a 5 min walk to the beach, felt more private which we really enjoyed. Short ride to the boardwalk and close to a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores.

This Condo was well stocked. It had a warm and cozy feel to it. The pool was great, because the sea was having rip currents. It was great to use the pool. Just loved this place. Hoping to visit next year.

Six middle-aged women descended on this condo and it was perfect! The beds are comfortable and the living room is big enough to pull out the couch AND set up an air mattress! The kitchen is well stocked and the linen rental was cheap. Highly recommend for groups/families. Oh, and the pool is great too!

All of the appliances worked well, Rhonda and her husband were very helpful and responded to all questions.Beds were comfortable , and the washer and drier were convenient. The pool was the largest we’d ever seen at any resort at which we’ve ever stayed.Bike racks were onsite. My family loved this place, and we very likely will only very minor negative is that we wish it were a little closer to Assateague Island.

I would most definitely book this place again. It was located near the beach and right off the strip. A lot of stores are in walking distance. The bedrooms were clean and enough space for 6 ppl. Don’t forget to pack your linen to sleep on. The screened in porch was great for late nights and early mornings. Let’s not forget the fully stocked kitchen and a really big pool.
