For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This large home is ready for summer family fun! The 4 BR 3 BA home provides plenty of room for all your sleeping accommodations. Three of the bedrooms have full size beds and the 4th has a bunk bed along with a twin. There is even a trundle bed in the sunroom area. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need for those cost saving meals at home. There is a full-size washer/dryer and of course free Wi-Fi. Outside, the quiet canal views from the large deck will help you relax after your fun filled day. There is also a large outside dining table which is perfect for eating alfresco with the family.

The neighborhood provides is a great option for riding bikes and you are just a short ride to two shopping areas and the local library. You are also within a short walk or ride to many great restaurants/bars, grocery stores and a movie theater. The beach is only a few blocks away and is an easy walk!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping home (inside and out).
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* Parking driveway will hold 2 vehicles. There is also additional street parking.
* Jet ski floats are not available for guest usage.

* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
