****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Enjoy the cool breezes under the covered porch, grilling on the deck or try your hand at fishing in the back yard. You'll feel like you are on a lakefront property! This home is beautifully decorated and shows pride of ownership. You'll love the open floor plan while still having a second living area and loft to get away. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations and there is wi-fi for those of you who must "stay connected".
The community of Ocean Pines is conveniently located to Ocean City, Assateague Island, historic Berlin and Salisbury. It is the perfect location for families with sporting events in Salisbury, looking to enjoy the numerous local golf courses or wanting to be strategically located for all the area has to offer. The community has 5 swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, several lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, parks with playgrounds, boat launches and plenty of fishing. There are plenty of nearby activities for the family to enjoy, such as fantastic restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and a water park to name a few. For the adults, there is plenty of outlets for shopping and the Ocean Downs Casino is a short drive away. Don't forget to plan a night watching the harness races!
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Home has a private driveway that will fit 2 vehicles.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets are allowed.
* Ocean Pines community pools require a daily entry fee which is not included in the rental.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The pier is not available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We love this property and especially appreciate that it's dog friendly. The location, layout, and canal view from the screen porch are particular selling points! The upstairs bedroom gets very warm, and since the only AC vent is in the bathroom - which also has a skylight - you are forced to choose between either a cool OR dark room for sleeping. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely house, comfortable beds. Lots of room to hang out and spend time with each other. Kitchen needs some updated cookware. Master bedroom is hot and a/c doesn’t really work well but rest of house was comfortable. Deck could use some repair, boards popping up and a few nails coming loose. My husband and I are considering moving to the community where this home was located. It was great to be able to rent this home to see if we liked the neighborhood. (We did)This home had everything included- linens on the beds, towels in the bathrooms, etc...We have rented many homes before and usually we have to bring everything. The property is located in a very beautiful location in Ocean Pines, 15-20 minutes drive from OC. The drive in itself is very picturesque so one won’t even feel it. The house was very clean and had lots of character to it. We loved all the little details. The covered porch made it comfortable to have dinners/lunches outside abs not have to worry about mosquitoes. We loved the house and how everything was well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

We came back for a 2nd year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Home is beautiful, spacious, clean and we so appreciate it being dog friendly! We also particularly liked the upgrades to the the screened porch!! Consider bringing a fan to for the upstairs master - but if you're careful to keep the bathroom door (where the AC vent is) open, and the bedroom door closed - it stays quite comfortable.

This was our first trip to Ocean Pines. What a great community and great home. Loved hanging out on the screened in porch that overlooks the water. Definitely would stay here again. This was not a knock on the property but was a bummer that the Ocean Pines amenities were closed due to COVID. Would've been great for our Daughter to have access to the playground or pool.
