****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. You'll have plenty of room to enjoy meals with bar seating and a dinner table. There are TVs in every room, wireless internet and a washer and dryer. Comfortable outside seating is perfect for enjoying those cool summer breezes. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a pyramid bunk that has a double on the bottom and a twin on top. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and even a championship billiards room.
This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention Center (2 blocks) and Secrets (7 blocks). You also love only having to walk two streets to the 45th shopping center where you will enjoy some great restaurants and beautiful bay views. The Makai is strategically located to many other great restaurants/bars, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Makai was super convenient for our 5 day event we had at the convention center. We could literally walk there. Parking, check in & out were easy. Unit was as pictured, as described. Only “issue” was learning how to adjust the AC. It is on a timer so a bit inconvenient to wake up and have to adjust air in the middle of the night. Not a deal breaker. Timely customer service responses as well.

It had everything we needed from cooking supplies to comfortable beds the whole condo building was clean and had some building amenities that were good also it was very convenient they have carts for bringing luggage and your stuff up to your space. My only downside main room TV was small I would say bring you’re own smart device(Google chrome, Fire stick etc)for the tvs in the rooms to entertain kids or if you want to watch shows that you need to stream and if you were to be stuck in the house on a bad weather day

My family and I had a very nice day and the home was very clean and the pool was very clean and Smoove warm and it was open from 10 to 10 p.m. and the pool all they had was even more adventurous is open it was open for 24 hours and we had a nice time the gym what's nice as well that the sauna it open 24 hours my parking was even convenient on site great owners with realistic expectations Andrews on the property the price of great and I would vacation there again.

The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach, a couple of blocks from Seacrets and right between 2 bus stops.
The property was clean and comfortable. We ended up with 6 adults for part of the week and there was plenty or room.
Especially like the keyless/ code pad entry to both the building and the Unit. Did not have to worry ab out losing or misplacing keys.
Would definitely recommend this property.

We had no knowledge prior to going that pool would be closed, found out once we arrived..kids were bummed. Condo was nice, clean, and well maintained. Some blinds were broken and dishes left in the dishwasher but other than that clean. Property description was accurate. It was perfect to be in walking distance to the convention center and Dough Roller :)

We really enjoyed our week at Makai 5. It was very close to the beach (1Block) which was very nice because that is all we did. We didn’t do any cooking in the unit so not sure how well it was stocked for pans and etc The unit was clean and well kept. We are not smokers, but The only complaint I have is that There was cigarette butts in the sand pails on the balcony and the unit is a non smoking unit. I would definitely stay in the unit again and if not available I would definitely use benchmark
Two years in row have stayed here for Endless Summer Cruisin. This place is clean spacious and well maintained. Aside from some broken blinds, We will be coming back here every year!!
