****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Fireworks are always a fun and exciting experience that both the young and old enjoy. It's a reminder of our youth when beautiful lights and loud bangs kept us gazing into the sky with joy. "Sundaes at the Park", is an event that happens each Sunday at North Side Park and features live music along with an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories and the best part is that it can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own private balcony!
You'll love staying in this well-maintained unit. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The full-sized kitchen is ready for making those cost saving meals at home. Sleeping accommodations include 1 queen bed, a pyramid bunk bed which has a full along with a twin and a sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free WIFI.
Conveniently located to North Side Park, it is the perfect location for families that are participating in events there. You'll also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located only 1.5 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City which gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Lorelei is an elevator building.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 125th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Love this condo ! Convenient location off 125th Street at Northside Park and quick walk to the beach. Had almost everything I needed, was clean and furniture was comfortable. Would be a plus if the building had a luggage rack to transport stuff from car to unit. Rhonda and Dave are awesome ! ! Would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I had a great time in Ocean City. The condo was in a great location and had everything that we needed. Rhonda was so quick to help when we had some trouble getting in (we were at the wrong complex) and was very kind even though it was late. We would definitely stay here again and with Benchmark Property Services you can't go wrong. We have stayed in several condos serviced by them and have had wonderful service every time.

Perfect spot to enjoy all Ocean City had to offer. We loved how close we were to the beach and Northside Park. Pool at the complex was a nice way to wrap up a day after the beach or mini golfing.
Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious for the five of us. Hosts were so quick to respond to questions we had prior to our visit. Also, so quick to respond while we were renting! Highly recommend!
