Wonderful property. Will stay again. Parking isn’t the best but fortunately there was only one other unit was used. Very nicely appointed and stocked.

Stayed here with my significant other and two teenagers; the space was perfect for us. The place was a great size for our group; was clean & had amazing views; everything was as described. Location was great as it was steps away from the boardwalk & beach. Definitely would stay here again!

The location of the property directly on the bay but so close to the excitement of the boardwalk and the beach gives you the best of everything in OCMD! We really enjoyed sitting out in the morning and evenings on the deck watching the boats go by. The condo is spacious with lots of privacy and is very clean. They give you everything you need to have a comfortable relaxing stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We have been renting this unit for 5+years always a great experience with the rental company on this property will continue to do business with them in the future the place is in a great location in down town Oc .

The view is impeccable. Very relaxing and quiet place close to everything you need.

Great early Mother's Day get-a-way location. We loved spending time on the balcony each morning and evening - what a view! Easy walk up to the boardwalk and beach.

We lost our usual condo we've used since 2017 to being sold. Found this one two blocks away and absolutely love it. The owners have it maintained and filled with a bunch of little extras. The bedroom tv's are full size and not little ones sitting on a dresser. Newer model refrigerator with an icemaker. Great balcony facing west that gives you incredible sunset views. There are about a dozen steps to climb as this condo is on the second floor. Only negative to this condo if you have walking issues.

Everything was beautiful. The main bathrooms, toilet kept running.

The unit is well kept and you cannot ask for a better view of the bay and surrounding areas!
I have stayed in this unit for 3 years now and will continue doing for future vacations . Also the rental company is great to work with and had no issue with the whole process thanks again benchmark

Overall great experience, there was a plumbing issue that the renters were up front about and it only caused the smallest inconvenience. The location was ideal, the unit very clean. And it had the best views in the city

Most relaxing vacation. Breathtaking sunsets, the sounds of the seagulls and slapping waves and the fishing boat traffic - how could anyone ask for anything more? The unit is very clean and fully stocked to meet all your needs. The boardwalk is within close proximity and a great choice for taking long walks. Pleasant experience working with the property management team. We cannot wait to return next year.

This was our first time visiting Maryland and we could have not asked for a better place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. The views from the deck were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect... Close enough for a short walk to the beach but secluded enough for quiet times.

We were just thrilled with this place. When we first walked in we loved the views from basically every single window. The place was very clean which was so nice to walk into now a days . We enjoyed the spacious condo and that deck definitely got a lot of use. I have never seen so many boats in my life at one time. We will definitely be staying again.

We were very happy with our stay. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. I thought it felt clean and cozy and I really enjoyed the sunsets on the nights we were home. My husband and daughter enjoyed a few days of fishing. We loved that we could walk to the park down the street or walk or ride our bikes to the boardwalk. Perfect location.

Benchmark Services were wonderful to work with! Quick to answer questions and true to their word! I will definitely go to them for my next vacation as well as refer them to my friends!

This was our first bay front rental and the condo far exceeded our expectations. Located in quiet and peaceful surroundings we enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and watching the boat traffic. A good book, glass of wine and the calm motion of the bay waters was the perfect combo for relaxing hours on the patio. The unit was impeccable and appeared just as it shows in the photos. The furniture including the master bed was very comfortable. The upgrade of the master bathroom was impressive and comparable to what you can expect in a boutique hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, great cookware and appropriate utensils. We Already reserved days for next year and cannot wait to return.

Very very pleased with the unit and location. It exceeded our expectations! We LOVED it and would like to come again!! It had everything we needed and more...although it was so inconvenient to haul ALL OF OUR LINENS AND TOWELS with us. Other than the linens/towels, the unit was extremely well stocked and beautifully decorated. The WII in the kids room is so nice too. Loved all of it!! Management co. Was very pleasant and professional. Responds quickly. :)

We had a wonderful time at the property. There are no words to describe how incredible the view is... you are basically sitting on top of the bay. The location is nice and secluded but walkable to everything. We will be back!!
