*****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. It features laminate flooring throughout. The living room area has plenty of seating for the family and a large flat screen TV. The full kitchen is perfect for families looking to cook some of those cost saving meals at home and the dining area has plenty of room for the family. The bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a double/single combo along with a queen sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in the summer breezes coming off the bay. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with wireless internet.
The complex is very well maintained and features a large outdoor pool/baby pool. Located near 120th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Green Turtle and Lombardi's to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to several grocery stores and Malls for last-minute supplies. If you are looking for a break from the beach, Northside Park is a short drive/walk away with numerous fun activities for the family including fireworks on Sunday nights. If you don't want to go to the park to watch the fireworks, this unit's balcony provides an excellent view of the exciting show!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Harbour Club is not an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 120th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This was a great location with lovely views and great pools. My husband and daughter enjoyed utilizing the lap pool. Great area to walk in. The accommodations were very clean and well-maintained. Benchmark provides exceptional customer service and the properties they manage are always very clean and well-maintained. This is our third rental with Benchmark. All were in different locations and we truly enjoyed our visit at all locations. I would highly recommend Harbour Club I. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the condo and saw how much beautiful it is. But also, how clean it was! The location was perfect-to the pool location to the view of the sunset. We will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this condo for our family of four with two kids, ages 3 and 6. The space was beautifully decorated with updated beachy vibes, clean, plenty of comfy seating, flat screen tv, cable, family games, king bed and kids loved the bunk bed! The location was perfect for us as it's privately located and family oriented but close to pool and sidewalks that are walkable and clean. I do think Harbour Club Community should allow weekly renters to use other amenities such as tennis courts, gym and indoor pool. The community center was dark and inactive the whole week so it certainly seemed unutilized. Would highly recommend in general.

Very cute decorating throughout condo. Would recommend that the upholstered furniture be replaced or deep cleaned, especially the sofa. Very little hand soap was available. The condo was in a nice community with views of the Bay and tennis courts.

We had an awesome stay at this condo, it is in a great location, with a pretty view and very close to the pool. The beach and grocery store and a few restaurants are all in walking distance (try the Kabob place). The beds were very comfortable and it is so nicely decorated. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time. Wonderful property, updated, clean (except there was some dog hair) and nice location. 10 min easy walk to the beach. Short drive to some good restaurants. There is a binder in the house with some recommendation of restaurants and we took advantage of it.
Loved the location, everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 4, easy walk to the beach and close to all of our favorite spots! Spent a lot of time on our little balcony which is very spacious!
Benchmark Property Services was very responsive with a quick question we had after walking through the space upon arrival- the information provided noted 2 pool passes and only one was provided but a quick response over the weekend was appreciated so we didn't have to worry about it throughout our stay!
