****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This location puts you close to many fantastic restaurants and activities such as miniature golf, go carts, water parks and movies! You'll also be strategically located to take advantage of the tax-free shopping in Delaware!
This bright and very clean, 3 BR 2 BA unit has all the charm of classic Ocean City! There is a stainless-steel refrigerator, sofa with attached chaise, kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table. A full kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat at home and a furnished balcony is available for you to enjoy those cool summer breezes. This unit is definitely a fantastic value!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Dune Mist is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 128th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This unit was the perfect size for our family of 6. With 3 nice sized bedrooms, 2 retro (but clean) baths, and a wonderful front porch that extends the living area! And by parking in the back and leaving our Sandy stuff in the car, the walk to the beach was so short! Thanks for letting us extend our stay - my husband and I enjoyed the last night without our adult kids!

This is a cute little place to stay very close to the beach! Location was great! It took about 1 minute of walking until you're on the beach and there's plenty is stuff around. Property management was very responsive with questions and very helpful. I would recommend this place!

To begin this review the location was perfect just a half block walk from the beach, stores and restaurants. the unit was large enough to accommodate the six of us. there were enough dishes pots & pans and kitchen items to satisfy any of your cooking needs if you were so inclined. there were two types of coffee dispensers. the issues we encountered the photos online did not accurately portray the condition of the unit. the photos look like they were taken when the unit was new which must have been some time ago. the bathroom toilets do not flush properly and at times need to be flushed more than once. when called the manager did answer and help with an issue I had with the key box. In my opinion this unit needs updating. while the description of the property was accurate the photos were deceiving. the outside of the property looked shabby.

The condo was great! We enjoyed our stay, and it had everything we needed. My only complaint, is the master bedroom bed was really hard. It could use a mattress topper, but other than that, we would definitely rent again. You can't see the beach from this rental, but it is literally a minute or two walk from it, right behind the condo. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

We had a great beach getaway to Dune Mist 1. Though the weather was not beach friendly, the apartment was a great spot to relax and weather the literal storms. It hosted our two families and very young kids very nicely and everyone had a comfy place to sleep. You can't beat the proximity to the beach and lots of great places to eat and things to do!

The stay was great, easy walk to the beach and I enjoyed the sunrise every morning. This is our 2nd year in a Dune Mist and enjoyed it just as well as the first time.
It is a very nice unit. It was very clean, and well maintained. There was a starter set of supplies, so we didn't need to go to the store for a couple days. Rental sheets and towels were provided, and were waiting in the unit when we arrived. saved us bringing them along.
