****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This stylish and updated unit is ready to make this your best summer vacation yet. Beautifully decorated, you can't help relaxing. There is newer flooring and flat screen TVs. The full-size kitchen has updated cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, new countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is also a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi.
The complex features both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as an indoor sauna. There is a tennis court and even a racquetball court! It is a terrific location for families that are participating in events at Northside Park as it is a quick drive or short walk away. On Sunday evenings, there is an event called "Sundaes at the Park" and features live music, free sundaes, and an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories of seeing fireworks on 4th of July!
You will also be close to great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pools or relax in your private patio area!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a first-floor condo.
* Two parking spots are provided in an open lot.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 120th street.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Owner has provided beach chairs, a cart, umbrella and cooler for guest use and the private patio provides storage for any additional item's guests bring.
* Easy access to the beach
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This was our first time in Ocean City. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and a well stocked kitchen. The location of the condo was the best part. Right next to the outdoor pool and tennis courts and an easy walk to the 120th street beach access. 2 wagons, plenty of chairs, and beach umbrellas were available. I would recommend having a cooler and beach towels on site. Having flown from Nebraska, these were items we couldn’t bring on our own. Overall, a great rental.

Club Ocean Villa is one of our go-to properties for its convenience and walkability ! It's very well maintained, and had more than everything we needed. Kitchen appliances were top of the line, the unit was sparkling clean and it's obvious the owners take pride in their condo. Sofa was comfy and the beds are amazing. We've been renting with Rhonda for a few years now and she feels like a friend. Very hands on and responsive if needed.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to use. Beach supplies were available to use- a wagon, floats, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas. The beach is a quick walk, and the outdoor pool is right beside the condo. Will definitely return!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for the size of our family and the master bedroom was surprisingly almost soundproof with the doors closed, we didn't even hear our 3 kids in the morning at all!!
It was a great location and we used both pools as it rained for a whole day.
One evening one of our children managed to lock all the kids out of their bedrooms and within minutes of making the after hours call the manager called back and solved the issue. Great property management and communication! We would definitely stay here again.

This little condo was adorable inside and out. It was exactly as the pictures/description stated. Very homey inside. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable. We brought our own sheets and linens. Very ideal for a small family. The outdoor pool was very clean. Very close walking distance to the beach. Very quiet/secluded location. The property owners we very nice and responsive during our stay. Would definitely rent from them again! We give this place a 10/10 overall stay!

It was a great getaway and the rental was absolutely comforting
This rental is very conveniently located in Ocean City, a quick walk to anywhere you’d want to go. The unit itself is a bit dated for how much it costs in my opinion and had a slight musty smell upon arrival. However we appreciated the abundance of clean linens and overall were satisfied.
