****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
The convenient location will make it easy for you to get to the kids to the boardwalk, amusement park, miniature golf and of course the beach! You will also have some of the best restaurants in Ocean City, only a short walk or bus ride away (bus stop located at the end of the street).
This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated with newer furniture throughout. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you will need for your culinary creations. Yes, there is a washer and dryer! The two balconies provide peaks of the bay and are perfect for staying home and relaxing on those summer nights.
So come and leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us!
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This home does rent to graduating seniors between May 26th and July 1st. Please call or email for a rate quote prior to submitting a reservation. Outside of this timeframe, all individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Please call or email for a rate quote for the time frame between May 26th and July 1st.
* One covered parking spot and one uncovered parking spot is provided.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This townhouse is located on 26th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Very well located 3 blocks from the beach and north end of the boardwalk. Clean and well appointed in kitchen. Property mgmt service is responsive for any issues. Would stay again.

The place was great, the layout was a perfect space for our group. The only issue was a broken/leaky ice maker in the fridge, so we couldn’t use that, but otherwise, zero complaints. Will stay here again.

Great house and great location. The kitchen is the most equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental yet... Everything from coffee filters and Ziploc bags to a crockpot and George Forman grill. The beds were comfortable and there’s plenty enough space for large families. I Drive a wrangler and with the garage I was able to leave my doors and top off and leave my cover at home. My only suggestion would be to add a couple chairs off the deck from the master bedroom. All in all we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely book again in the future.

The Place was clean and very spacious everyone enjoyed themselves. Great location everything was in walking distance no problem with parking had 2 spaces and a garage which was very convenient. Would stay again.
