****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Located on 131st street, the Braemar is in the family friendly area of North Ocean City. Here the traffic isn’t quite as congested, it’s not as noisy and the beaches are a little bigger. Being in a beachfront complex, you are only steps away from the sand and ocean. The outdoor pool and sun deck are a wonderful option for those that don't want to be on the beach. Two tennis courts are a great option for a little competition among friends and family. There is also a gym area to help keep that exercise routine going while on vacation. The game room will be a favorite for the kids. There is a couple of shopping centers nearby both with grocery stores. Numerous restaurants/bars are just a short walk or drive away. The family will enjoy other nearby options such as Northside Park. Their fireworks on Sunday nights are fun for the whole family. Also, several miniature golf courses, jet ski rentals, water park, go carts are just a short drive away!
This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA unit has views of both the ocean and the bay from two balconies! Inside the owner has beautifully furnished the living and bedroom areas. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and a huge 60" TV in the living room. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a pyramid bed with a full on the bottom, a twin on the top and a twin trundle underneath. The sleeper sofa is a queen. The kitchen features granite countertops and is ready to make those cost savings meals at home. There is a desk for those of you that will be having a "working" vacation and, of course, free WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* There is a $75 resort (per week of stay) fee paid to directly to the Braemar Towers at check-in and this will provide 1 uncovered parking spot. Fee is paid by check or with credit card.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Braemar is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 132th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Property was lovely. Location was good with easy access to restaurants and shops. On Monday of our stay the pool was closed which was a bummer! But we enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the condo. Thank you for having us and we will be back!

The condo was a great size for my family of 5. It was very spacious and very clean. They provided a lot of towels and there was no issues with hot water. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean. Perfect location for families with a lot of restaurants and activities nearby. Management was very prompt in responding to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place & everything seemed to be clean & working. It was pricey, but the view and location was splendid. Parking for more than 1 car is tricky.

Condo was spotless on arrival and in a great location. Linen package, well-appointed kitchen and brand new washer/dryer. I’ve been coming to OC for 42 years and I’ve never seen this view before of both the ocean and bay at the same time. One minor issue we had was resolved immediately by the property manager who came out on a Sunday morning. Hoping we can stay here again!

Braemar towers was an exceptional place to spend our 3-day, 2 night, mini getaway! The Condo was second-to-none and the kitchen was 'state of the art' for preparing our planned out menu. With just a few minor factors, overall, the group decided that the area, the condo and the atmosphere provided just what we needed in the middle of the week! Thank you for an exquisite place resulting in an near magical time-out.

The property was wonderful! So much light with all of the mirrors. We loved the location- we always park at 130th or 131st street when we visit for the day. Everything in the condo was clean. It was nicely furnished and decorated. We appreciated all of the attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings. Looking forward to being able to stay again someday soon! One suggestion is to make sure you bring your own soap for the kitchen and bathrooms when you come.

We had a great time. The location was perfect. We had a parking space next to the entrance to the beach, so when we were done on the beach we could put everything in our tuck. Your home was very nice, and very clean. sitting on the balcone was very nice looking at the ocean was beautiful.

We were in Maryland for a family wedding and came out early to visit Ocean City. The condo location turned out to be great as it was distant from boardwalk crazy. We thought we wanted to be closer but that turned out not to be the case. Condo is clean and well supplied (more so than described in the rental description). The unit is a little dated which shows mostly in the bathrooms but definitely comfortable. The condo is on the top floor and has a good view of the ocean from the balcony. Over-all this was a great place to stay for our family of 5. Reserved parking spot ($75) is a plus. I would definitely stay there again.

Group of 7 of us 4 adults 3 kids in the 3 bedroom condo was perfect. Ocean view. Quiet. Very nice pool. The kids had a blast and north ocean city is much more family friendly.
Clean and well supplied unit. Everything was as-promised or better. Fabulous view. We will be back.
