We had a great time staying here for a longer weekend! The place is super spacious and clean. The location is also great - close to so many good spots, easy beach access and close to a bus stop if you want to head down to the boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved the location of this place! It was an easy walk to the beach and the house was so clean and nice. It is on the second floor so a lot of steps to get up there when moving things in. Our family loved it and we will be returning!

I rented this condo for a family girls trip. Everyone was very pleased with how clean and nice everything was. It’s further down the strip but still close enough to the boardwalk and great restaurants. It’s only one or two streets from where the bus stops so it was nice to have that option if we decided we didn’t want to worry about driving anywhere. Only negative things about the place was that the beds were pretty hard and the tub into the shower was super high, and there was no elevator to the second floor, so I wouldn’t recommend for the elderly. But, overall it was a lovely place to stay!!

This place could not have been more perfect. Great location. Great view. Condo was so spacious and beautiful. Absolutely awesome.

The rental unit was very spacious and furnished very nicely. We were traveling with 3 small children so there was plenty of room for them yo play inside and outside on the spacious deck. This unit is not for anyone who can’t climb stairs because there is no elevator. We also picked this unit because it had a washer and dryer. The washer was new but did not work. We called for service and they cane the next day and said the washer needs to be replaced. So, we were unable to wash clothes or towels for our entire stay.

Truly a wonderful property. Very close to the beach and view on the porch. Was perfect place to spend view days with some family and friends for our daughter working for Beach Patrol who was having a special birthday. Plenty of room inside and absolutely loved the kitchen. Property does need a little bit of updating with sofa, toilet cleaner was rusty in guest bath and refrigerator ice maker did not make ice.

The house was beautiful and very spacious for my family of 6 including my mother in law. Everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and even had seasonings. Check In was very easy! Good thing I read the paper that was emailed to me before leaving because they don’t provide bedding unless you pay for it or bring your own, we brought our own. Before leaving OC we always eat breakfast at Dennys and wow it’s right across the street...literally! This location is perfect because you’re near the market, bowling alley, Belly Busters, Sunset Island, SKY BAR, Seacrets, Macky’s and most importantly THE BEACH!!!! We will return!

It was a good stay. We booked it on short notice a week before our vacation.

The condo was ok. I like that it was quiet and peaceful. The parking has shade. And a short walk to the beach. We can see the beach from the front deck.

We had an amazing time staying here! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything you would need, the beds are nice and comfy, the bathrooms were great size. The covered balcony was big with plenty of seating. If you’ve never been to OCMD this place is not located near the boardwalk attractions, you would need to drive, about 15-20 minutes. I picked this place because I didn’t want to be near the boardwalk. More importantly for me I wanted to be near the beach. And this place is just steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, stores, mini golf, bowling ally and grocery store in walking distance. We had no issues whatsoever with this rental. I didn’t communicate much with the owners because there were simply no need. However, I’m sure they would have responded promptly if needed. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place or location. We had a great time and hope to rent this place again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental unit. The unit was perfect for us - 5 adults and 1 infant. The unit is roomier than the photos depict and the deck is the best in the building with excellent views toward the ocean and the bay. An issue with the door lock was quickly addressed by the management team. Bed listing was incorrect (2 kings and not 1 king / 1 queen) so we were short on sheets for 1 king bed. The cushions on the outside deck furniture are in need of replacement / upgrade. Other than those issues, great rental and would consider it again for a future stay.

10/10 exceeded expectations. It was bigger in person than pictured. Very clean. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the house. Would definitely book here again!

You have a nice view between the bay and the oceanfront, uptown enough that it’s quiet but close enough to nice bayside bars and restaurants. Place was clean and comfortable. We all had a great weekend.

We came with our kids and loved the location and the sunset bay views. The place had a cool coastal, cozy vibe! The renovated condo is at the end of the street so nice and quiet yet close walking distance to the beach, boardwalk tram, mini-golf and some great restaurants. We would definitely return here.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect to the beach and all local attractions. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. We were very impressed, and had a great time during our stay.

We took a chance on this listing since there was no reviews when we booked it. I'm so glad we did! The location is wonderful—a quiet, family-friendly street with ample parking (including two private spaces under the building...in OCMD, that is a huge bonus!). The house is less than a block to the beach and surprisingly spacious inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment/utensils, and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc for sleeping. We loved that the master bedroom was attached to the balcony, which meant us adults could sneak out for coffee on the deck while the kids slept in. The place was clean but not spotless—on par with other beach rentals we've used. Since we don't spend a ton of time indoors on a beach vacation, it's not a dealbreaker. The only negative I can point out is the noise at night (which I know the owners have no control over). Since the master bedroom is near the stairs, you can hear the other renters walking up and down the stairs, opening/closing their doors, etc. If you're a light sleeper, bring a fan or noise machine, and it will easily mask the sound. Overall, an excellent experience, and we will definitely be back!

The location was the first for us. We definitely wanted to be in mid-town. The beds were super comfortable- the only thing was the listing said that it has a full bed- which is actually a king. The rental agreement does say this, but the actual listing does not. The kitchen was fully stocked with most of the amenities one could need. I liked the separate bar glass credenza. Parking was easy for us under the unit. The stairs were plenty- We enjoyed the evenings passed on the balcony. We look forward to coming back next year!

It was a lovely facility and our group enjoyed our stay. It has close proximity to the beach as well as other locations. Great restaurants in the area that are within walking distance or driving.
