Beachmark 1

We've rented this same 2-Bedroom/2-Bathroom condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for several years and greatly appreciate it -- very nicely decorated on the 5th floor of an elevator & private swimming pool building.

This condo is great. It's a perfect OCMD location and is very clean. I absolutely LOVE the balcony!
We did have a few issues we would like to address:
1. The A/C vent in the ocean front bedroom doesn't blow much cold air.
2. The bathroom near the kitchen... drain was not working well in the shower.

What an awesome stay at this beachfront condo! The large balcony extends to the master bedroom, where we listened to the waves all night. Condo is clean, well maintained, and with a location steps from the beach, so convenient for carrying chairs/umbrellas. The building has a nice pool as well. Loved this condo and will be coming back in the future!

This is a clean well-cared for condo at a great location. The balcony is my favorite reading spot while enjoying the gorgeous ocean view, including dolphin sightings almost daily.
The rooms are comfortable and spacious with everything you need (extra blankets for beds, supplies in kitchen, etc). The bathtubs are older but okay.
We did have two issues with the codes. When we first arrived the code to enter the bldg did not work. That was resolved with a phone call (but we shouldn't have needed to deal with it). The second was very frustrating and unacceptable. The last full day of vacation, I returned from the beach and the code to enter the condo stopped working. If my husband hadn't been inside, I truly don't know what I would have done. I didn't have my phone or any paperwork with contact #s, of course, since I was relaxing at the beach. It took two phone calls (leaving messages), one text and one email... and a wait time before connecting with someone. Our last day, and we were stuck dealing with that... very upsetting.

My rental experience was fantastic. This is the second year in a row that I have reserved this property to take my mother to the beach. She loves the balcony! It's close to great restaurants.

This is a great 5th-floor corner condo, large deck, the best view possible, elevator building with a beautiful pool & a quick walk to one of OC's great beaches. Very well-thought-out building, extremely convenient in every way. We all loved it!

A beautiful condo in a perfect location. They stay was perfect and the view was amazing. The condo was clean and very well equipped and covered parking is a bonus. The property manager was very easy to contact. Would highly recommend this property.

Great condo on the beach in a great location.ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom with a huge covered balcony. Quiet building, friendly owners such a pleasant getaway!

We had a great vacation! Location was great, clean and spacious rental. Would definitely come back!!

We had a fabulous time as we always do at the Beachmark. We had a glitch with it not being clean upon arrival but Benchmark Properties corrected the situation. This is probably the best spot on the beach with sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Can't say enough about the place.

Reserving this beautiful property was just so easy and smooth and Rhonda and David were wonderful to deal with!

Great condo overlooking the ocean, restful and great location. Loved the porch! Will rent again. Beach was perfect. Lots of beach stuff not listed in the ad in the closet...

Enjoyable

The.unit was very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We spent the majority of time on the balcony enjoying the magnificent view. The complex is easily accessible and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Reservations were so easy to make and communication with the property management company was outstanding.

Everything was as it was supposed to be. The pictures were very accurate, the place was very clean and the instructions were perfect. We went in April so it was the off-season so the rates were great, but the weather was still good and the location was fantastic. Big bonus was the slider door that opened on the bedroom. You can lay in bed and see the ocean. The public sections of the building were a bit old and dated but who cares...

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. The only con is the uneven floor, I was worried my 3 and 6 year old would trip. Other than that it was a beautiful home! My favorite was the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. It is close to all the fun ( restaurants, boardwalk and shoppes).
