Bay Colony

Place was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk from main road, the beach, and amusement park. Hosts were super communicative. Would recommend!

The condo was spacious, great location and the pool was an added bonus! Having two full beds in one bedroom worked out really well with our 4 year old. We were close to the water park, kids rides, fun restaurants and close to the beach. Neighbors at the condo were very friendly. Great experience!

The place was clean. Website pictures and descriptions were accurate. Convenient centralized location. Found it a little unsettling that the unit directly next to this one was tapped off and marked unsafe for entry. The stairwell and entryway leading to these two units had a funny smell, but thankfully it wasn't in the unit.

Its been my first time in Ocean City. It was the best experience I've had with a rental. Im glad i chose this over staying at a packed hotel in the area. The kids loved the pool when we had extra time in the evenings. I would definitely stay again if we travel to Ocean city again.

The place is in a great location, close to everything. Some great food places around. Clean and well equipped for your beach getaway. The best amenity for our family was the pool where the kids spent most of the time while the grown ups were able to relax on the patio and still could keep an eye on them. Where do I begin on how WONDERFUL this lovely beach condo was!!? Everything was organized with communication between myself and the property management (from start to finish)! The condo was phenomenal! It was clean to the max (100%)! It had everything we need! The location was a close walk to the beach! The beds were comfy! The kitchen was stocked w/ everything we needed! Myself & my two adult children stayed there over this past weekend! We all said that we would love to stay here again! The pool was fantastic! The neighbors were friendly! The balcony was beautiful to sit on and drink my fresh brewed coffee! There was a table on the deck to eat lunch/ dinner on! The place had everything we could possibly need/ want! WOW- 5 star! We will be in touch next time we need a place to stay in Ocean City! For Sure!!!

Very clean and mostly updated. The master has two queen beds and one bathroom. if you have multiple people, the “one” bathroom, and sharing a room might be an issue for some. I personally enjoyed it and was perfect for my needs.

This location was great. Couple of blocks to the beach, right at the end of the boardwalk. A bit of a walk to the activities on the boardwalk. However, our kids are little and the quiet location with a pool and close beach access worked well for us. Condo was clean. Enough space for four people. Anymore could get tight. Enjoyed out stay and would return in the future.

The area , the rental, the weather everything went as planed. We enjoyed everything. Thank you so much. This just something I thought would be good ,tv in bedroom , if you travel with someone that goes to bed early and they are the one sleeping in the living room, it would be nice if you could watch tv. A new shower head would be good . That’s all I could see , everything else was great.

Very clean,looked just like the pictures. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet not far away. I was there with my husband and brother we went there to see the air. We were all impressed with it , and everyone said they would stay there again. It might be good to have a tv in the bedroom, because if the person staying in the living room goes to bed early ,you have no tv to watch, and a new shower head would be good. That’s small things . Just sayin!

Beautiful fully equipped apartment located in quiet neighborhood with pool. Easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. You can really enjoy your vacation staying in bay colony. I highly recommend this place and hope to go back next year!

The apartment is great. Fully equipped, very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet so you can really enjoy and relax. Close distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. Pool is a great addition! I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Check in was a breeze as you don't need to pick up keys. The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the photos in the listing.The pool was a big plus for us with 2 young boys. I would recommend this unit for anyone with a small family much better than staying in a motel/ hotel for the week. Location is perfect

The property is bright, open and updated. I felt at home but had the benefit of being away at the same time. Great location and walking distance to beach. Parking provided, balcony and ease of access are also added bonuses. I highly recommend this location!
