You will receive your check-in instructions with your final payment (about 30 days prior to your stay) and in there, you will find the bed sizes along with directions for ordering the linen package if you do not wish to bring your own.
You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and new downtown recreation & skate park just to name a few. You’ll also love the fact that you can leave the car parked and not have to drive all over downtown to find a parking spot! This condo is within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the inlet end of the beach and it's just a quick drive over the Rt. 50 bridge to even more entertainment and great outlet shopping.
This spacious unit is nicely decorated and has TVs in every room. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. There is also a washer in dryer in the unit for your convenience. You'll enjoy plenty of space in the living room to relax and great sleeping options in the three bedrooms. The spacious outside deck provides plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy those cool evening bay breezes! For those who like to be near the inlet and the boardwalk, this is the perfect spot!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Bay to Beach is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 13th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

Location is good, the road is not very loud. Everything is in a walking distance so we didn't have to use our car. Overall great stay, linens were included that's always a bonus because so many listings don't have them included

Met family from out of state for week in Ocean City. We had a great time staying here. Location is perfect just two blocks from boardwalk. We ate lots of crab and seafood. We will definitely come back in the near future.

My family and I had an excellent experience! The home was clean, very comfortable, and easily accessible to the beach and bay. I was actually surprised at how close the beach was. My wife and I traveled with our three kids (15, 11, and 4) and they all raved about the place. This was our first time to OC and we will def be back!

Certainly enjoyed our stay at "Bay to Beach" rental. Nicely furnished and roomy enough for the 4 of us. We were a bit confused on how/where to park the car for unit 273 and disappointed that there was not an elevator to get older or handicapped people up to the second floor, which is where we stayed. There are many, many stairs to climb to get to the second floor, which was a challenge for my older sister. But all in all, we loved the condo and had a nice time. Property manager was very responsive and helpful and we loved how the condo was decorated! Would definitely come back!!

Flawless communication with the management , The beach house is just perfect! Kitchen is contained everything we need , the room is spacious , the house is clean and tidy , and the location is perfect ! Super close to boardwalk , we could walk to the beach and bay .. no need to find a beach / street parking …. specially during pandemic I rather bring my own personal blanket sheets and towels .

We enjoyed this rental. The beach was easily within walking distance and the property was clean and quiet. The worst I can say is that the Vacuum cleaner had poor suction. But all else was great!

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. There was plenty of room for everyone and the added bonus of a kitchen and laundry room helped us to feel right at home.
