This was my first year vacationing alone so this rental was perfect for me.
The size was nice and the location was excellent. Being on the first floor was a bonus for arrival and departure. I would stay again....

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was accurate with the listing and provided great access to beach and things to do. I would stay here again!

This is a one bedroom unit that is outfitted perfectly! It is just a few steps from the beach which was wonderful! Great location in North Ocean City - right by Fenwick, DE.

109 was very clean, updated nicely and was in a great location, my family and I have always visited Lost treasures Golf, Grab n Go Tacos, Kohr Bros, etc,...not too mention close to the beach , so for us it was nearly a perfect location, definitely would stay here again

The location was perfect! The condo is small but it was great for two people. It was clean and had everything that we needed for a long weekend. My husband and I would stay here again.

we have stayed at a Benchmark Properties rental several times in the past and loved it. we thought we would try a different condo this time, just because. Unfortunately, Ahoy was not as enjoyable as our previous location and we would not stay there again. Location is the only plus. Otherwise, the unit is small, dingy and in need of some freshening up. We had to empty the dehumidifier in the bedroom at least once a day, and the room air conditioners were loud. While the unit is listed as big enough for four people, we found it small just for the two of us. Also, if you are planning on doing any cooking in the unit, beware that there are not many pots/pans etc. It could definitely be better stocked. Overall we'd recommend Benchmark Properties to anyone but just not this unit

This was our 2nd time staying. It’s perfect for us.
Across the street the from the beach. Love being on 1st floor - so minimum steps. Stores and restaurants are convenient.

Cozy, clean, peaceful, great location. Comfortable,quiet, relaxing stay.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and only a short walk through the dunes to the beach.
We had some trouble with the TV, made a quick call to the help line, and it was fixed within minutes!
For those who use GPS to travel, I would recommend that the owners provide the actual street address in their instructions.
We very much enjoyed our stay, and I have recommended this property to friends and family already, and absolutely would like to come back again!

The unit was a described and was exceptionally clean. The beach was pretty much right there and it was extremely easy getting back and forth to grab lunch and bathroom breaks. The northern beach was very large. There was so many great restaurants in the area and we enjoyed our nights out. The property managers did an amazing job of communicating and the process was extremely easy. I would highly recommend.

Very nice condo near the beach. Perfect for a couple. Bedroom is bright at night. If you like it dark, bring a sleep mask.

Arrived to a clean unit, tastefully decorated. Comfortable furniture both inside and on patio. Beach access was fantastic and so easy. Quiet neighborhood street with little traffic and easy access to coastal highway attractions. Great location away from huge high rise buildings and crowds. Only suggestion to improve is kitchen, provide a full size coffee maker (not a 2cup pot), definitely need more silverware and we would have appreciated a better selection of pots to cook with, particularly a large pot for cooking the wonderful local sweet corn on cob or pasta.

This is a well-appointed, comfortable and clean condo that is just a few steps from the beach, and close to nice restaurants and shops. The owner and management company were easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them, and hope to stay there again myself.

Unit description we found matching as what was described on listing. It was well suited for my family of 3. Instructions were clear, steps away from Beach, utensil set , parking space is very convenient

Rhonda was a great help through the whole process and had great communication. Ocean side not even a minute to the beach entrance. Cozy little condo for a family of 4. Has everything you need inside the condo (lichen, laundry, shower, dishwasher, full-size fridge. Quiet street and close to a lot of food and activities.
