The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
You know you will be in for a special vacation as soon as you pull up and see the property. You are immediately greeted by its cheerful paint colors, an adorable screened in porch, a private driveway with the grass growing in the middle and yes, a white picket fence. This house screams charming the minute you arrive!
Its charm is carried throughout the house with hardwood floors and real wood walls throughout! The bedrooms feature antique furnishings along with metal bed frames which give you a wonderful bed and breakfast feel. The kitchen has beautiful white cabinets and provides you everything you need for those nights when you want to cook at home. The large back deck has a patio set along with a grill is the perfect place to relax while family members play games in the back yard.
This house is located at the heart of the downtown action yet secluded enough that you will not be bothered with the noise and traffic. You will enjoy easy access to the beach and boardwalk along with all the fun activities they offer. Many fantastic restaurants/bars are within walking distance or a short car/bus ride away. You will have convenient access to West Ocean City and Assateague Island from this strategic location too!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

This is my family's 2nd year staying here. It's in a nice location. Very peaceful. Right by the bay. My family and I love staying here. It's very clean. So close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tulip house. It was super clean, beds were so comfortable. Loved the screened in patio and large rear deck. Great location if you don’t mind not being ocean front. You can sit and watch the boats go by all day on the bay.

Had a great last minute vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great close to the boardwalk and stores and restaurants. Views of the intercostal were amazing neighbors were friendly.

I believe this is the fourth year my son's and I stayed at the Tulip House for bike fest. It is in a quit area and a short walk to the boardwalk. The house has always been clean upon arrival and the property management group (Rhonda) has always been easy to deal with. Great little place and looking forward to booking again next year.

Quintessential beach house - perfect decor, comfy couch, well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, bright cool and airy, back deck for BBQ and sun bathing, peaceful garden, and all 5 minutes walk from the beach/boardwalk. This property was everything we needed. Having the screened in porch and the completely fenced back deck made it easy for us to keep our kids entertained and safe when back from the beach or boardwalk to make lunch or dinner. The house is the perfect distance too, close enough to the action to walk, but far enough away to have a good night's sleep (or nap).
We plan on coming back next year.
Rookie mistake though, we didn't bring our own beach chairs as we misread the listing.

This is a cute home away from home. Near the beach, and restaurants, near to the bay and the ocean. House was very clean when we got there and was easy to keep clean. Wonderful to have washer and dryer, wonderful to have dishwasher. The outside deck in the back was roomy and well furnished and the front screened porch was also roomy and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Even though it was September, we really appreciated the central AC. Lots of quality extras in the home. Fully furnished kitchen was a plus! Very handy to have offstreet parking as parking is a premium in Ocean City. You can’t go wrong with Tulip House!!

I have rented this place for several years now. The house is always clean upon arrival. It is a short walking distance to the boardwalk and I don't need to worry about parking. Also like the fact that since it on the bay side it is quiet location.
