Nice quiet condo, no pets allowed this condo but other in building allowed. Close to everything without being in the middle of all the noise.

Have rented this unit twice now and we really enjoy it. Beautiful view, nice clean rental. The new washer and dryer combo was a nice surprise. the pool was not in service again this year and we were disappointed. Hopefully that will be fixed by next season. We love midtown and hope to stay here again.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time! The rental is exceptionally clean and well maintained. My family of 5 had plenty of space in this rental. Kitchen is well stocked with basically everything you could need. The living room furniture is so comfortable!! The view of the ocean is amazing, especially with the wrap around balcony. It is located very close to numerous restaurants and attractions and is about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. I look forward to staying here again next year!

Condo was wonderful. View is beautiful. Condo was clean and well equipped. We will be back. Only challenge is the sliding glass doors.

Perfect location, the condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable, beautiful views especially with it being a corner unit. We come to Ocean City at least once a year and can’t wait to come back to this unit!!

We really enjoyed the view. Very close to the ocean, you even felt you were on the beach when sitting in the living room as the surf was clearly visible. Condo was nice and kitchen nicely stocked. Great location and perfect weather. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as described. The building itself needed a little TLC, but nothing to bad. The parking garage needs some kind of directional arrows and a mirror when exiting the lot would be helpful as well to see pedestrians crossing the driveways. The location and condo were great! The check-in was a bit confusing regarding the lobby key but we figured that out. I didn't know the unit number until we noticed it was on the parking pass. The front desk wasn't helpful because we didn't rent through them they said.

Easy rental and access. Very clean with a big balcony that faces the ocean and wraps around with more ocean and beach views facing north. Easy walk to the boardwalk.

Our stay at Summer Beach was very relaxing, the perfect off-season getaway! The unit is very well maintained & the location is perfect, right on the ocean!

We had a perfect stay here. The location is unbeatable and you’re steps from the beach. The ocean view is amazing also. The property had everything we needed and was great for my family of 4. The building is safe and secure. We hope to stay here again next year.

The property was great for our family. Everything we needed was there. The people working the office were great, they were very informative and open early and stayed late which made coming and going so much easier not having to deal with a lock box key in the lobby. We will stay there again, thanks for making it a great vacation.

It was very good overall. Building was under construction and barricades were an issue, building key didn’t work. Nieghbor kept 5 folding chairs in our hall for 5 days. Also, the sliding doors are so rusted they were hard to open and close. The unit was beautiful. Much thanks.

Our stay at this location was perfect! The wrap-around balcony with direct ocean view was gorgeous. We loved having coffee each morning and watching the dolphins in the ocean. Steps to the beach and perfect on site pool. Next trip to Ocean City this is where we'll stay!

We had a great stay! The wrap around balcony was awesome steps from the beach! Great shopping near by. Close enough to everything!

The condo is set up well with almost anything you may need. The views from the balcony are perfect and you can hear the waves rolling in as you fall asleep. We spent most of our time on the beach and the balcony. When a storm came through we enjoyed watching it from the safety of the balcony!

We enjoyed this rental. The ocean view was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the furniture was comfortable, including the beds. All the appliances and systems worked well. Parking on site was good. One minor annoyance -- we were told that we had to put all the clean dishes away, rather than leaving them in the dishwasher, which meant waiting until the dishwasher cycle was finished.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was our first time using Vrbo and also renting from Benchmark. There was a little bit of confusion getting the keys to enter the building, since we got there a little late and the office was closed. When I called Benchmark (they give you helpful info, including phone numbers after you book the place), someone answered right away and helped us on how to enter. I didn't have to call them again since everything was perfect. The views were gorgeous (as advertised), the place was clean, the decor was not tacky, there were plenty of parking spaces (granted it was off-season), all appliances were in good working conditions, and sheets/pillows/blankets felt clean and there was plenty of them. This condo is on the 3rd floor, so kids running out in the balcony felt safe. I mean, the only thing missing was a hammock! We will definitely be back sooner than later.

We went in mid-April, so peak season travel experience might be different. For example, there was an open-air swimming pool, but it was dirty and not open. It was too cold anyways and we didn't care how it looked. Another thing, I will suggest the property to have a place near the building entrance to wash the sand off...that's open all year long. It was difficult to get back to the condo without mucking up the elevators, lobby, and hallways.

This property was exactly as described: great location, clean, well maintained, spacious, easy parking and fantastic views. We had great access to the beach and were a short drive to the inlet/boardwalk.

What a RELAXING winter vacation! Beautiful views of the beach - complete with surfers dressed in wetsuits catching the waves. The condo was VERY well equipped, with everything you need for a long - or short! stay. Management company was very responsive and addressed all my questions quickly - we were concerned about how COVID restrictions might impact our stay. Just be aware - there is NOT a lot to do in OCMD in the winter! But we were looking for a break from the four walls at home - and our vacation to SUMMER BEACH did not disappoint! We will be back!

Great location on the beach. Close to many different activities. Rhonda is always a pleasure to work with.

Property managers were excellent -- answered questions quickly and clearly. We had one issue and they responded immediately in a helpful manner. The unit was clean, well supplied and really nice. The view is just amazing -- right on the ocean - great to hear/see ocean from the wraparound balcony - from both the living room and the master bedroom.
