****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Being on the 20th floor, you will love the panoramic ocean and bay views from the open living room area or from the balcony. There is a large living room/dining room area, with plenty of room for spending time with family and the full-size kitchen has everything you need for cooking those money saving meals at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed and offers water views from the windows. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed with a king on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available for guest use along with free wi-fi.
Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some of the best amenities at the beach and gives plenty of options for the kids to entertain themselves. You will love that there is an outdoor and indoor lap pool. After playing a couple of games of tennis, relax in the sauna. The kids will love the large game room that also has pool tables and ping pong tables! The building is also convenient to miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants and bars.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the on-site security desk.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 20th floor. The Quay is an elevator building.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 108th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

There were 6 of us staying in the condo. 3 adults and 3 teenage boys. Boys loved the king bed with twin bunk. My husband and I took the other king and the other adult used the sofa sleeper. It was the perfect size, very comfortable beds.

The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet; convenient to favorite dining places and other attractions, including Sunfest. The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower. Parking was plentiful. Overall, enjoyable stay.

The unit has great views and was very clean. The parking pass was $50 extra and don’t forgot to pay extra for a linen package or you will have to go out and buy sheets and towels.

Very spacious!!! I’ve rented in OC before. Most units are quite small. This property has plenty of space to be comfortable with 6 people. Great location!!! Plenty of delicious and fun places within walking distance. I spent a lot of time on the balcony, and enjoyed views of the beach, the bay, and nighttime views of OC. This unit has very comfortable beds, and is incredibly clean. Can’t wait to go back!!

What a wonderful relaxing weekend!!! Beautiful views of the ocean and bay. I got to watch a pod of dolphins swim by from the balcony. So many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable and it’s amazing to go to bed with the sound of the crashing ocean waves. I will definitely go back!!

We had a very good experience at The Quay place we stayed in. Our main concern during the pandemic was to make sure it was clean and it didn’t disappoint. View from the balcony was down coastal highway and on the 20th floor, the view of Ocean City was beautiful! At night you could even see the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk a few miles away. You even had a nice peek of the beach around the side. Communication from the owners was top notch. Before the trip they would email back within hours at the most. We were told what we needed to bring and having a washer/dryer in the place was key. Beds were very comfortable as well. Only advice to future renters is if you want to get a spot on the beach close to the shoreline, you need to be set up by 615am. The beach goers in ocean city are serious about getting their spots early! Great place with a great location on the beach and highly recommended!! Thank you to the owners for exceeding expectations!
My family loved staying here. We had such a great time bouncing back and forth between the beach and the pool. We were very comfortable and had a great experience.
