****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Whether you enjoy fishing, crabbing, water skiing, jet skiing or just finding a quiet cove to swim, Ocean City has it all. But let's face it, packing your boat and launching it every day can be a hassle. With this fantastic home, you can park your boat right in your back yard and enjoy it whenever you want! Speaking of backyard, relax after a fun day on the new larger back deck, just renovated and expanded earlier in 2023.
Located in Ocean Pines, this neighborhood features quiet streets for your kids to ride bikes, playgrounds, parks and community pools are available for your enjoyment. You'll be strategically located for attractions such as Assateague Island, Frontier Town, miniature golf, go carts, paintball and much more. Mom and Dad, you'll enjoy the fabulous bars/restaurants along with some of the best golf in the area!
This fabulous 3 BR 3 BA home has plenty of room for the family to spread out. It has 2 living areas with flat screen TVs in both. One of the TV's has a DVD player so regular TV can be watched in one room while a movie can be enjoyed in the other. The ample kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is ready for those morning breakfasts or a dinner night at home. There is also a grill for firing up some steaks or burgers! The bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping accommodations and with 3 bathrooms, you won't be waiting for everyone to get ready to go out!
So come enjoy the waterways of Ocean City and make your own Ocean City memories!
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Two vehicles will fit in the driveway.
* Maximum size boat for pier is 20'.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Our first time staying at Ocean Pines and are glad we did at this rental. The home was spacious, comfortable and well stocked (kitchen equipment, hair dryers, multiple TV, games, and a gas grill). The kids enjoyed the dock and it is a very nice neighborhood for running. We were glad to have the beach pass for parking, as it was a very populated week at OC. The property management was excellent in response time and responded with friendly professional assistance with questions. I'd highly recommend this property for families with children.

Just as described, the pictures don’t do it justice. Located in a small quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Just the right distance to everything you need, boardwalk , restaurants, beach, pool etc. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was probably the best part of our stay, everyone had privacy and ample time to get ready before heading out. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in the area for a few rounds of golf. The house was in a great location for this and being on the water was nice for early morning coffees and post round hang outs. House is in great condition and everything was smooth with reservations and check in. Definitely would recommend!

Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, The house was clean & the kitchen well stocked. First floor bedrooms (2) were perfect for my husband & I, & our granddaughter while the second floor master was perfect my daughter & son-in-law. The waterfront setting is beautiful & my granddaughter enjoyed fishing & crabbing from the dock.

Having 3 full bathrooms was a real plus for our large family. The open floor plan is great for toddlers. The kitchen is small, has limited counter space, and needs more electrical outlets, but we made it work. Overall, we were very happy with the house, and highly recommend the property management company.

Very nice. House was as expected and clean. Happy to see lots of extra pillows and blankets. However, the "full" bed is actually a "queen." No issue with that except the rented fitted sheet did not fit. In
Our Vacation at this property was just perfect for a Family of 7. Inside and outside of this property was stunning. The Dock for fishing and canning kept my Grandsons busy. If ever we book another stay in Ocean Pines we would definitely book again.
