****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
The beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home features a large living area where the family can gather while watching the big screen TV, playing some games, enjoying some meals together at home or just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. There is beautiful hard wood style flooring throughout the living space with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to prepare a meal. You'll also love the granite counter tops, tile back splash and the large island where friends and family can gather as the meal is being prepared. The bedrooms all have new beds/mattresses and have flat screen TVs for guest to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower! There is a washer and dryer for guest use. Outside, the large front patio is the perfect place to hang and enjoy a cocktail or relax in the cool summer breeze!
Located in the wonderful community of Montego Bay, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pier for fishing, community pool and of course Ocean City's wonderful beaches. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants, mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* The driveway will fit two vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 139th street.
* The outdoor pools are open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This may be the nicest place we've ever stayed in. The home was very modern and the porch was the main draw. We were able to play cards and board games out there as a family and it was also a nice spot to relax. The neighborhood was awesome too. First time staying in Montego Bay and might not stay anywhere else from now on. The pool was great and the linen package was super helpful too. Would highly recommend this unit!

I've always wanted to stay in Montego Bay. The neighborhood was the best and this home may be the nicest place we've stayed in while in Ocean City. We would definitely stay here again. The porch was great for meals and playing card games in the evening. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this home and we're glad that we did. The pool (which was very well maintained) is only one street over and the beach is just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer but maybe next year. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home for our family vacation! We really enjoyed it.

The home is located in the establishment Montevideo Bay Community. A mix of well kept vintage mobile homes alongside beautiful new homes. The community is very well maintained, clean and very quiet. The community has a great pond with a walking path and two clean and lifeguard staffed pools.
Our rental home was very clean, well furnished and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation.
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing week at this beautiful home

The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. My only "critique" is that when I've stayed at other places like this common stuff such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap/dishwasher detergent are provided. During our stay we had to buy all of those things. There were a few of each but certainly not enough to accommodate a family of 4 for an entire week. Otherwise the property management was extremely helpful and kind, even when our address got mixed up! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

We enjoyed our stay at Clamshell. The open kitchen/
dining area/family room with high vaulted ceiling was especially nice. The shower in the main bedroom was great! The large front porch was also a plus.
There was a fair amount of rain which tended to accumulate on the sidewalk near the entrance to the home.

We visited the Clamshell house with friends and had a fantastic stay. The house was just as listed- immaculately clean and in a great location. We have stayed in MB before and this was by far one of our favorite houses. Our children 4, 6, 9 loved having their “own” room. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful. We loved evenings on the front porch. We will definitely plan on staying at this house again.

Overall our Vacation stay was great. The house is within walking distance to the beach or the pool. We would get up early and setup our spot on the beach and grab a parking spot down by the beach entrance then walk back to the house to get ready for the day at the beach. When we were finished we just packed up. Loaded up the car and drove back to the house to unload. the house was clean, the AC was cold and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was also quiet. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation.

The house was beautiful. Everything we wanted for our vacation! The owner was very good with communication, especially with everything going on with COVID. Once my sister arrived earlier than expected with 2 children under 3, my brother called to see if they could have earlier access to the house and the owner let them in within 20 minutes of the call. The walk to the ocean was a little longer than we would have liked, probably about 15-20 minutes but with 3 young children and all of our supplies that was the only downfall-which had nothing to do with the property itself. The house was in a beautiful location near the bay where we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back next year :)
The property was beautiful, in a quaint little neighborhood. No issue whatsoever with house or amenities. Only thing was finding the pool which happened to be right around the block, but no signage to tell you how to get there. Everything was great otherwise
