The property is spacious, comfortable and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool is lovely and views of the bay from the balconies are beautiful. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom and the kitchen has everything you’d need to live comfortably.

This unit is a wonderful place for families to gather for fun times with each other. The unit was a wonderful, beautiful, roomy place for extended family to enjoy a week together. Everything thing exceeded our expectations.

We just left after 5 days and had the best time. Four adults and 4 kids and the condo was perfect. An amazing location with a gorgeous view. We had coffee on the balcony every morning & drinks at night while the kids slept. The pool on the roof was the perfect size for our littles & the gym was small, but nice to have on location. We visit Ocean City every year and definitely will be back for our annual trip next year!

Loved it here! The layout was perfect for our group of 6. Everyone had their space and we always met outside on the balcony for the daily sunsets. We would rent here again.

Our condo was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. I appreciated being all on one floor. The steps and elevator to the condo were very convenient and the parking garage underneath is huge. The location is great for restaurants, groceries, mini golf, and the beach. Being on the bay gave us beautiful sunsets...took pictures every night! We had 1 small issue which was quickly resolved. Overall, the 10 of us had a great week!

This was our 4th summer in a row staying at this condo, and won’t be our last. Wonderful location, clean and well stocked/furnished unit, quiet building, and we love the private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. It’s close to some nice restaurants and the beach, but provides a little more peace and quiet than the boardwalk areas, which is still just a short drive away. The view never gets old and the Benchmark staff has always been so easy to deal with. We had some trouble with our door code when we first arrived this year, and they returned our call in a matter of seconds and had us right in. The booking process has always been a breeze. Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark!

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation in this exceptional condo. The unit is well maintained and extremely clean. We loved the views, decor, amenities, and close access to the beach. We loved absolutely everything about this condo.

Just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms for us 5 adults. 2 couples and a single. Views were amazing & great for bird watching as well. The condo was immaculate and decor was cute and "beachy". Well located for all of the major attractions. I recommend getting the linen package if you don't want to haul all of your own sheets and towels with you.

We stayed over Thanksgiving. The condo is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. This is our second stay. We will be back!

The unit was in great shape. It suited our group of 3 couples wonderfully with private bathrooms for each couple. The views from the balcony of the bay were wonderful. Everything was in good order.

The place wa very nice, Clean but not my wife's clean. Need better patio furniture and better bath towel racks,Ours kept falling on floor beside toilet.yuck. Everyone enjoyed their stay. My wife and her two sisters are very picky on cleanness. The front doorwas a bit beat up the seal on bottom of door was lying on the floor, But door still operated like it should. Other then those couple of things We all said we will come back

This condo was as beautiful as the pictures on the website! Even better actually with the addition of sliding shutters on the side sliding doors. Furniture was clean, kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Bedrooms were perfect. View of the bay was so relaxing with all of the wild-life to watch.

My only complaint was with the dirty tile shower stalls. There was mold and orange stains in the grout. I did not complain to management, I found cleanser in the laundry room and did it myself. For as much money as I paid I shouldn’t have had to but everything else was so great , I was willing to.

Very easy rental process and the property manager has always been pleasant to deal with. We will absolutely continue to rent this unit for our annual vacation.
