Located on the Delaware/Maryland line, the home is conveniently located to allow easy access to both MD and DE beaches along with a short drive to tax free shopping and the outlets in Rehoboth. The golfers in your group will enjoy the challenging Jack Nicklaus golf course located at Bayside while the rest of the family can utilize the jet ski/boat rentals, water park, miniature golf and even laser tag just that are all just a short drive away. You are going to love the awesome dining options that are within walking distance including Catch 54, Papa Grande’s, Harpoon Hanna’s and High Stakes!

This fantastic home is ready to make some summer memories. The large layout gives everyone plenty of room to stretch out and the five bedrooms and four bathrooms are great for larger families. On the first level, you will find the garage along with a living area with a TV and a sleeper sofa couch. There is also a full bath. On the main level there are two bedrooms (both queen beds) and a full bath. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash and this well stocked kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. Plenty of seating for the family with seating at the table and breakfast bar. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with the first having bunk beds, the second a queen bed and those two bedrooms share a full bath. The main bedroom is also located here and has a king size bed and a full bath. There is free wi-fi for those of that must stay connected along with cable TV. The kids will love the ping pong table in the garage! The full-size washer and dryer will come in handy during your trip. Sorry no parking in the garage but the driveway will comfortably four cars.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping house.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This house does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in
a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 4 kids (under 18) at any time. This includes infants/toddlers.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* There is a private driveway to this home that will fit 4 cars.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 12 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
