Crab Cove on the Bay

The condo was beyond expectations. View of bay is incredible, watching boats and people fishing of boardwalk in front of unit. Benchmark was in contact with us about construction going on exterior of building,they gave us options to change if we felt it would be a problem. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed for any meals we made. Setting on the balcony watching the sunset rivaled any cruise balcony sunset and with the clear heavy-duty panels it helped to keep the chill off. On a scale of 1-10 we give a 10+++ and hope to arrange another stay. The area was nice and close to boardwalk, great area for a walk.

Loved the location, loved the decor! The condo was clean and bright and the kitchen well-stocked. Make note, bringing your own sheets & linens includes dish towels! There were none. Otherwise, perfectly lovely in every way. Can’t wait to return!

Overall the place was perfect for what we needed. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the bay.
Just a tip, we didn’t know there wouldn’t be hand soap in the bathrooms so we had to purchase those and additional TP as only two rolls are provided!

From making the reservation to accessing the unit to rainy day relaxation to checking out, all was easy and stress free and so very clean and beautiful. My 2 recommendation are to provide a stand up fan as the setting of the thermostat to 70 is understandable it still seemed stuffy at times and some generic plates and servingware that aren't breakable (we didn't break anything but I was a bit nervous and thanks for plastic cups)

Super easy check in and out process! The condo was clean and comfortable . All appliance and furniture were in great condition. Plan to stay in the future.

Great place with an amazing view. The afternoon is too bright to have the curtains open because of the glare off the bay, but all other times of day the view is its own attraction, we sat for hours watching the boats go in & out, & ppl catching fish. Very entertaining if you're into ppl watching. We went to the beach uptown so we cant speak to how the beach is near 3rd street but overall we had a great time & felt we got more than our money's worth...
I will say I had some questions leading up to the reservation date & could not get the rental company to call me back after they got my deposit. It wasn't a big deal but I would have liked more communication. the place itself tho was great, we would rent this place again

The condo was very peaceful with incredible bay views! The views were better than I imagined and the deck was very enjoyable. The recent updates made it so comfortable and felt new. Convenient walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. The owners and property manager were responsive, kind, accommodating. I highly recommend this condo!

My wife and I enjoyed a three night/four day stay at Crab Cove on the Bay while exploring the scenic coastlines of Maryland and Delaware. The five star accommodations provided us with beautiful sunsets on the balcony each evening, wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy our morning coffee, and a restful night’s sleep to equip us for our daily adventures in Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. The living and dining areas feature comfortable and cozy furniture along with a well appointed kitchen that offers both convenience and functionality. We especially enjoyed the artwork throughout the unit and the beach charm vibe of every room. We can hardly wait to visit again and highly recommend this property to sun seekers everywhere!

This is my new happy place. I had the pleasure of staying here before they started renting. My sister and I had a sisters long weekend. Beds were very comfortable, Restaurant's and shopping close by but best thing was watching the sunset from the private balcony. We had one warm day to go to the beach which is so close. Can’t wait to go back!

From the moment I step foot into the condo I was captivated by its breathtaking views. The location of the condo could not have been more perfect. The sunset is absolutely gorgeous from the Balcony . It is located within The perfect walking distance to restaurant's , shopping and the pier. The place itself was beautifully designed. Living area with spacious and comfortable with large windows, overlooking the bay The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare a meal and enjoy them on the balcony while taking in the ocean vista. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional! Whether you’re seeking a getaway, a family vacation, or simply a place to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend this condo. It’s a slice of paradise that will leave. You longing to return it again and again.
