This Beautiful 3 BR 3.5 BA townhome features a wonderful canal location that allows for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town. Inside, you will love the numerous updates including fresh paint, new laminate flooring and new furniture in the living room and in the bedrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash. There is a newer washer and dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi so that you can "stay connected".
Located off 94th street, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, basketball courts and of course Ocean City's wonderful beach. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants Including Liquid Assets, Bull on the beach and Lombardi's to name a few. There is mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a 3-level townhome - all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors, with the 3rd floor being a private primary suite.
* One dedicated parking spot is provided and there is ample additional parking in the lot and on the street.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located on 94th street.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The description of the property was accurate. Plenty of parking, nice area for biking and close to the grocery store. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. Bring your fans for added comfort!! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful updated townhome. Short walk to the beach , the food store and many delicious restaurants. We grilled often , and met several fun and nice neighbors . The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals . There for nine days and looking forward to next summer !

Great location with easy access to coastal highway, within walking distance to the beach, 2 grocery stores also within walking distance, a coffee beanery as well. Lovely home although didn’t realize it had 3 levels and the stairs were tough for some in our party.

The home's description was spot on. It was a short walk to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere nicely maintained, close to everything, and exactly as described, with excellent customer service.
