****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
The ocean is calling and this condo at Mystic Point is the answer! You'll love this airy and bright beach block property. With a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and plenty of room for your family to relax and dine, this could be a perfect spot for your family/ group of 6. The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, one with a spacious stand-up shower and the other with a bathtub. Take advantage of the balcony for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. From there you'll get a peek of the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves. A walk to the beach for a morning sunrise or a day of fun is a quick one which makes it easier for carrying beach gear or a quick trip back for lunch and a bathroom break.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. Wi-Fi is available for your streaming needs or for those that may be "working from home".
Located on 42nd street, this building is close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, plenty of great restaurants, Roland E. Powell Convention Center and a quick drive to the inlet/ boardwalk and Tangier outlets.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. This is an elevator building.
*Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 42nd street.
* One numbered parking spot is provided in an uncovered lot; additional open street parking is available
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

I booked this rental at the last minute and was overall very happy. The location was perfect, the place was very cute and the communication with the owner/management company was quick and on-point. My only complaint was the place was a little warm at night. The air worked great, but it was just a little warm - it was August in Maryland. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was spotless. Lot of space for our familly of four. We really appreciate the 2nd bathroom for your girly teenager! Kitchen was fully equiped. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing we notice, it the trash truck who comes by every morning at 6.30... very loud. If you are not an early bird , think about it. But it not on the hand of propriety management.

Our family of 4 stayed at the condo in July, for a dance competition at the convention center, across the street. The location of the condo was a perfect location for walking to the convention center, beach, restaurants, and stores nearby. The condo itself has been updated recently, and this was evident in the furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen. The condo was well stocked with any kitchen supply you would need, including ones perhaps left behind by previous guests. There was a group of us who all rented together in this building. This unit was by far the nicest. There is plenty of seating for eating and relaxing indoors. The outdoor patio also had seating for 5. We had one issue on the first day with wet rug left in the bathroom left by a previous guest. The owner called us immediately, resolved the issue right away, and followed up with us. We had no other issues, the prompt follow up was appreciated!!!!! Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay!

Very impressed with the condo and location...not crowded with parking and the beach was not crowded. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Wish we could of stayed longer. The weather was perfect!

Our rental was perfect! Location was convenient with our two young granddaughters! Easy access to the beach. Rental was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for four of us to eat meals, watch TV and get ready for our day or to go out in the evening. Only wish is if the unit had a broom and dustpan to keep the floor clean. Otherwise perfect and would book again!

Everything was terrific: location, decor, comfort. I like the open layout of kitchen & living room. Very nice, large balcony. Check in was super easy. It was also nice being on a pretty quiet street and just far enough that you don't hear traffic from the main road. If I had to identify a negative, the garbage truck picks up the trash in back parking lot at 6:30 a.m. (not the owners fault).
This property was just what 6 adult friends (3 couples) needed for a festival weekend in Ocean City. We were comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyed the benefits of the property being so close to the beach. We all said we’d consider booking again.
