****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Amazing sunrises are waiting for you each morning as you enjoy your coffee. And each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters, as the sun says goodbye to another day. It really doesn't get much better than this!
This building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 7. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV in every room. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed, a TV and access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 14th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Our condo was clean and had a beautiful view. One bathroom has a shower/bath combo that is not in great shape. It has some mold along the caulking and areas that are difficult to get to so not particularly clean. Otherwise the apartment itself was wonderful. The building needs updating:rugs in halls are worn and dirty, paint is tired and it is just dated throughout.
Charging an additional parking fee, on top of all the other fees, seems completely unreasonable. Also not providing linens and towels is extremely inconvenient. There is a linen service but it is another quite large fee added to all the other fees.

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen and game closest were well appointed. The arcade and indoor pool on the 2nd level were great when the weather wasn't nice. There is a storage locker on the ground level that you can keep you beach gear in. Dealing with Benchmark was easy and hassle free. The only thing we didn't like about the condo was the dryer - it is a heat pump type dryer and takes forever to dry clothes. Our beach towels would take 4-5 hours to dry. Also, the dishwasher could use a thorough cleaning. It always had a bad smell to it even after washing the dishes.

It was our first family vacation. The rental was perfect for little ones. We loved the small table in the kitchen for meals for them. It was so nice to walk out and be right on the beach. We were a bit nervous about being up that high with a sliding door. We brought a wooden dowel to assure the door wouldn’t open so we felt safe.

The location was great and the accommodations were a perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the beach(and balcony) to watch fireworks on the 4th. The freezer was stocked with ice which was appreciated. My kids enjoyed the game room, pool and tennis court. (The room has some game room things in the closet (basketball/ping pong paddles) so look for those before heading there.

My husband, mother in law and I had a lovely time in OC staying in this condo. The condo is beautifully and simply decorated which I found very relaxing. All the furniture including the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool and facilities of the building are wonderful. Distription and layout of the property were accurate; property was clean, comfortable, relaxing, bright and airy; the accommodations (pool, basketball and tennis courts were a plus. Great view from the room and balcony. Overall, relaxing mini vacation for me and my family. i plan to stay at the Capri on my next OC vacation.

First the the building and unit were exceptional clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient and the beach is literally at the rear of the properly.
Btw, the indoor pool is really nice. The security guard that works 8-4 M-F was welcoming and super helpful for OC first timers.
We recommend this unit and will stay here again.
