****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
Located almost right on the beach, you'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or to just get out of the sun. From the covered balcony, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and water views while you unwind from your fun-filled day. Located in strategic mid-town Ocean City, this unit's location gives you easy access to movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, the boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, water parks, jet ski rentals and of course many of the best restaurants in Ocean City. All are just a short drive or bus ride in either direction.
This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. There is beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout. The living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa for relaxing and a TV. The kitchen has a dining room table, granite countertops, beautiful blue tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. There is a washer/dryer combo for guest use and of course free WI-FI.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* There is an outdoor shower behind the building.
* Owner has provided a TV in every bedroom as well as one in the living room.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Tamboo is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 85th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This is the second time we stayed at this rental, and it won’t be our last. It is an end unit located right off the beach that is thoughtfully decorated and well-maintained. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need and the company is quick to address every inquiry. This is our go-to place.

This property was perfect for our group. My husband and I were with our two kids, 6 and 7 and our Moms. It was right off the beach which was perfect with the kids and dragging stuff back and forth! We were right across from Ropewalk restaurant which has great food and a playground for the kids. The location and the unit were absolutely perfect, no issues at all, would definitely recommend!

Small but well furnished condo. Very comfortable for family of 5 adults and a 2 yr old. STEPS away from the beach. Only one assigned parking spot and street parking is not easy to find. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable sectional. Plenty of towels provided. Loved waking up to sunrise each morning. Great location for restaurants nearby. Had a great time and would book again.

We loved it. The cousins got plenty of cousin time at the beach, on the boardwalk, and all sleeping in one room with the bunk beds. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all our meals and eating together. The best part was, of course, the proximity to the ocean. Everyone could come and go at their heart’s desire. Soooo close! And the view was amazing.

Loved the location of this 3 BR 2 bath property. It was perfect for two families with four little kids. You really can't get much closer to the beach! The part of the beach where this was located never felt too busy and it was so convenient to just be steps away. Everything was as described. I appreciated the management company reaching out to tell me that there were stairs with no elevator out of consideration that our group had small children.

We really enjoyed the location to the beach and the beach itself. This is a typical Ocean city MD unit that is worth the price however it could use some upgrades like the vents and door in the master bath and repair of water damaged wall in master bath. Overall we were satisfied.

Loved our stay at Tamboo!! You are so close to the beach which is super convenient. Loved watching the sun rise in the morning from the couch! The condo was clean and comfortable. Great location close to some great restaurants too-Ropewalk is a quick walk. Overall a great stay and we will be back!
