****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
From the large balcony, you'll love having your coffee as the sun rises and paints the ocean full of color. During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical!
Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
This fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and a vanity for getting ready for a night on the town. The second bedroom has a double bed with a TV. The third has a bunk bed along with a twin. There are two full baths in the hallway that would be shared with the three bedrooms. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping accommodations and has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need for those night you choose to cook at home. The living room and breakfast bar has plenty of seating for everyone to spend time together over a meal. The unit also features a washer/dryer and internet.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. The Capri is an elevator building.
* Indoor pool, game room, sauna and fitness room opened year round
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Storage unit in parking area provided for guest use.
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We stayed at this condo for a few days over Labor Day weekend. The condos view is awesome. The balcony is large and has a picnic table. The bedrooms are spacious and the condo can accommodate a large family comfortably. The building has decent amenities with a large indoor pool, rolling bins to help load in your stuff, fast elevators, several beach side showers and really great access to the beach (including a business that will set up umbrellas and chairs for a fee). No complaints and I would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated condo (bathrooms could be updated). Amazing views from balcony--got to see dolphins swim by! Had a maintenance issue in the primary shower and notified property management. They responded immediately and addressed it.

Awesome condo, great location. Super clean and tons of space for everyone. We do wish there was an outdoor pool at this building, that would be our only regret, but not really a regret - just a thought! Would stay again!

We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 adults and 3 young kids, ages 2,4,6. This unit was perfect size, with plenty of space for us to all hang out in. A great view of the ocean from the balcony. We were there a couple weeks before memorial Day, so somewhat in the off season. Each time we walked down to the beach or the indoor pool, we practically had them to ourselves. The building itself is aging and could use some updates and refurbishing; you won't be wow'd by it's aesthetics. But the room was clean and everything was in good working order.

This property has such a wonderful view of the ocean and you can still hear it even 18 floors up. Enjoyed the sunrises and watching the tides changing. Everything was very clean and the building staff were friendly and helpful. We would like to return nest year.

This condo is a perfectly appointed home away. We stayed with family ranging in ages from 14months to 93 years and this was the perfect place. The views were breathtaking, the beach clean and well maintained. The building was conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. The lobby attendants were kind and helpful. The building is well maintained and parking was very easy and convenient even with a large SUV.

We were very comfortable in this clean and welcoming condo. I liked the large sectional couch that could fit the entire family. The views from the balcony and also the side windows were wonderful. I loved the large indoor pool that provided a different activity for the family. The bathroom just inside the back door was very convenient. Elevators were prompt. Only thing I wish I knew ahead of time is to make the rental agents aware that we needed another parking spot. They will reserve an extra spot once they find one. I would like to stay here again. The location was excellent for restaurants, shopping, and activities.

This was a long awaited experience! Thank you so much for opening this rental to us! It is is a fantastic location with perfect beach access. This building has lots of ammenties, if the weather does not cooperate. Indoor pool, fitness center, game room with basketball, sauna, library and tennis. We had a great time dodging the rain, got on the beach a little bit, and in the ocean on the first day. We were thankful to use the pool every day this weekend as a storm lingered. The condo is beautifully decorated, has plenty of room for one large family or two smaller families to share. Just FYI we had to bring our own linens and towels, but it was nice to have our own things to use, so not really a negative for us. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary items, bring your food and spices. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen which was very helpful having to wash the beach towels over and over. Plenty of seating for everyone, too. Two good sized bathrooms were enough for the four of us. You get a great view of the ocean on the 18th floor, so no disappointment there! Book this rental, it is really worth the $$. We enjoyed several local restaurants, ice cream, fudge and took a drive to the boardwalk to see the rest of OC. Overall, a great trip despite the rain. We will be back!

We stayed at the Capri 2 on the last week before peak season. This was the perfect get away and right on the beach. We loved that it was quiet and the beach was not crowded. The condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the full moon rise over the ocean. The kitchen was surprisingly more stocked with utensils and cookware than expected which was very nice and it made it easier to make dinners for the family. We notified Benchmark of an issue with the balcony door as soon as we go there and David came over immediately to resolve it. Great customer service. Beautiful place to stay.

This place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was beautiful, and the view was spectacular. When we made plans, we were unsure what would be open due to COVID. We decided on a condo so we could stay in if needed. Guess what--everything was open, but we mostly stayed in anyway! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the place offered lots of space for seven of us to chill and hang out. Looking forward to coming back again!!

Our stay was great. The view and the condo were exactly as described. Unfortunately, the building is dated and nothing was open because of Covid even though it could’ve been. It was apparently up to each building whether to open their pools and Capri chose not to. This was a bummer as I had 3 kids with me who could’ve used that pool on the bad beach day.
Great place and accommodations. Love the location with so much in walking distance like the Mall and movie theater.
