The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
You are going to want to stay here! This beautifully decorated 2 BR/ 2 BA unit has everything you need for a fantastic vacation and shows pride in ownership. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a large bathroom with a wonderful soaking tub. Bedroom two has a unique pyramid bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy TVs in every room, a full-size washer & dryer along with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The outdoor pool is the perfect way to cool off on those warm summer days or just enjoy a break from the beach!
This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1 block), Convention center (3.5 blocks) and Seacrets (4 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous fantastic restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. Secure building with code entry into elevator lobby.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Astoria is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Building has an onsite fitness room and an outdoor shower for guest use.
* Easy beach access
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 45th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

Great location, easy walk to relatively quiet area of beautiful beach. Easy access to shops, taverns, whatever you need. Apartment is as advertised, spacious, comfortable, clean. Kitchen was well stocked, although only keurig coffee maker. Instructions on access, parking, linens were accurate and worked. We enjoyed the balcony.
Negative was the tiny shower in the large en suite bathroom - who builds such a tiny shower impossible to use in such a large space? That's why I went with 4/5 stars. We did not use the pool at all although it was a selling point to select the place.
Overall, we had a great time and rental was clean and comfortable.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Super clean! The kitchen had anything and everything you could think of! The condo is just overall amazing! Will definitely stay here again! Stayed during Ocean City Bikefest. Great location for food, try the Bad Monkey just down the street. Condo had everything we needed for making meals, only had to buy food at Acme. Purchased the lien package which was a no brainer when riding to the event on the bikes. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and spacious, and close to the beach, boardwalk, and places to eat. It has all the comforts of home, any kitchen appliance we wanted or needed was there. Parking was plentiful and they had large bins to help you move all your luggage and bags to your rental. The balcony view was of the other buildings, but it was nice and quiet. The lock to get in and out was easy to use. It was a wonderful place to stay, and reasonable for all the amenities provided; it even had board games and cards. I did not really like the 4pm check in; would have liked to get in early but it was acceptable based on the cleanliness of the place. We enjoyed the roof top pool that had plenty of lounge chairs. We will go back and stay at this place again. Messaging with the owners was prompt and courteous.

I typically don't do reviews but this property deserves it! The unit was ready for early check-in with keyless entry. The owners provided all the details for easy access/use. The place was so clean and was in "new" condition. We loved the modern design and decor and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back. The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. Beachy vibe was nice. Was the best well equipped and clean place we have ever stayed in. The only downfall was the bedrooms being on street side it was loud at night.
