Any day at the beach is a good day. Our condo was perfectly located on the beach and boardwalk. The condo itself was nice. The building garage was never secured the gate was broken the entire stay and the alley where you enter was very dark.

This condo was beautiful. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of both the ocean and bay. The beds were very comfortable as well. We had such a great vacation. This condo is close to everything and the pool was refreshing. We will definitely rent again. Thank you.

The condo was exactly what we needed. We don't normally stay at the boardwalk but we were in walking distance to everything. Our family and guests have ample space and privacy to relax on our trip. The condo is set up perfectly. We loved the multiple and connecting decks with an ocean view. We appreciated the linens, starter paper towels and trash bags. Unit was clean and beds were comfy. Two parking spot was clutch. If you have to stay at the boardwalk, I would recommend this spot!

We dont like to stay at the boardwalk but needed to for a recent trip. The condo was great. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. If you must stay at the boardwalk I highly recommend this rental.

This property is amazing! The only negative comment I have is that the blinds are not great so you're up with the sun. Otherwise, great views, plenty of space, gorgeous decor, fantastic location and easy parking. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this condo in Belmont Towers was as perfect as one could expect for a vacation. The unit was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked for anything that we needed. The location was within the heart of ocean city and perfectly poised on the beach with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Parking was a breeze and the private garage was exactly what we needed. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back!!

The condo was clean, the management staff easy to reach and friendly, and the location right on the boardwalk and beach was convenient. We loved the balcony with access from all 3 bedrooms and the living room. 2 1/2 baths were a plus.

This condo was great. Parking was easy and very convenient, condo was large and beautiful with a view of the ocean. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Most memorable vacation memories made here. This unit is a FIVE STAR! The views are amazing from every bedroom and living room. Clean, well equipped. Ease of access to boardwalk and shops! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Managers are amazing and very accommodating.

Condo has a great view of the ocean and the bay. Outside seating is fabulous for relaxing and enjoying the view.. Very accommodating to our family of five. Excellent location as it provides close proximity to shopping, dining and of course the boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere, This is our third rental and cannot wait to return. My only complaint is that the blinds in the bedrooms need to be replaced. Some of the slats are missing and the early morning sunrise wakes you up quite early. Otherwise, perfect unit.

Had a great time in O.C. for Valentine's weekend. The condo was beautiful, clean, updated and the perfect location. Definitely staying again here

The only negative is that the kitchen was not very well stocked with dinner plates and silverware. The pots and pans could use an upgrade.

We had a friends weekend and this was the perfect spot. The condo is so spacious! We each had plenty of room to spread out. Our view was amazing. It was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony, or people watch in the evening! The beds were comfortable, the place was clean. We had a few technical questions throughout our stay and we received a very timely responses. We were also happy that parking was available on site. I would definitely rent this property again! 10/10!

My 4 grandkids, all teenagers now, have been coming from Rhode Island to our house at the beach for 5 years. A frequent comment has always been "Can we stay on the boardwalk sometime?"
A 3-night stay at this condo was a surprise this year for my daughter's family of 6. As is said, the look on their faces as they entered and explored the unit was PRICELESS! My 16yr old granddaughter's appraisal said it all "I could live here permanently." My daughter and son-in-law were also totally amazed by this condo. This gift was a grand slam.
My daughters only adverse comment upon returning to my home was that the humidity in the unit did get uncomfortable, even when using the ceiling fans.
The location was the highlight for this active family. Not a single minute of their stay was wasted. A trip to the beach they will certainly remember.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this condo at Belmont Towers. The location is perfect. The views are perfect. We had one bad weather day the entire week. So, it was nice that everyone had their own space to retreat to.

Beautiful property right on the boardwalk. The kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of spices and I was surprised to see coffee. The kids were excited to see dip n dots in the freezer and a closet with games. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at OCMD on the boardwalk. It was a bit cold, but we still had a very enjoyable time. The accommodations we great, had everything we needed, and was walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Just as shown and described. We have stayed here as a family for two years in a row for spring break/long spring break weekend. It is perfectly located, on the boardwalk, has everything you need to be comfortable and cook if you want, and is very well kept. Great place and would recommend.

This was our first time staying on the boardwalk. The location was very convenient for our drive to see our family in Ocean Pines. This condo had plenty of room to spread out and provided everything we could want. The views from the unit/balconies were amazing. This is our 3rd time dealing with Benchmark Property Services in the last year and we are very pleased with them.

We had a great stay at this condo at Belmont Towers. The unit was recently renovated so everything was in great condition and the unit was very clean. The balcony is large and it's wonderful to take in the ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Parking was easy within the building, which had elevator access. The only downside of our visit, which is not a function of the property but rather the location, is the noise from the boardwalk at night. But, if you want to be close to the action, this is the place! On the plus side, it was short stroll to the amusement park rides, which was great for the kids. And of course, the beach is right there. The property managers were great and very responsive to any questions we had. The checkin/checkout process was easy.

My three children and I stayed at this condo and it was absolutely amazing! The pictures are accurate but honestly, it's even better in person! Starting with the kitchen, this one has everything that you could possible need! If you like to cook, you will have plenty of cookware and utensils for the job. Drinking? There's a set of glasses for every kind of drink! You will want for NOTHING in this kitchen. In the living room, the decor is neutral and inviting and there is plenty of comfortable seating, though we used it very little due to the STUNNING view from the balcony, which is very large and can be accessed from every bedroom and the living room. The master bed/ bath is very comfortable with plenty of space to store your luggage, clothes, toiletries etc. I watched the sunrise from my comfortable king sized bed which was a wonderful way to start the day Check out the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, which was a perfect way to relax after my long drive to Ocean City. My children reported comfortable beds in the other bedrooms as well, and their shared bathroom also had a great shower and plenty of space. The washer and dryer is state of the art and does the job so you don't need to take dirty clothes home with you. The location was AMAZING! We were right in the middle of everything which is just what we wanted. There were plenty of nearby coffee shops with breakfast sandwiches and other snacks to walk to in the morning, and several corner stores to walk to for any needed items. The pool on the 4th floor roof was lovely as well. The only caution I share is that if you are a light sleeper or you have a baby or small child trying to sleep, it did get rather loud at night with party people and other various boardwalk activities (bands, karaoke, etc) and in the early. early morning, the dumpsters are being emptied and that is quite noisy as well. However, staying on the boardwalk, this is to be expected. I should note that we also had our doors open all night since the weather was cool, so maybe if the air was running and doors were closed, noise wouldn't be an issue. To restate, the BALCONY is just such a relaxing and beautiful place to chill out, with bay views on one side for the sunset, and beach views on the other for the sunrise. This is my 5th trip to Ocean City and this was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to stay, hands down! I hope to stay here again on our next trip to Ocean City!

Very clean. Great location. Reasonable price for off season. Very easy to work with when we couldn't get keypad to work. Definitely recommend staying here.
