****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
The unit features laminate flooring and is nicely furnished throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is huge flat screen TV in the living room along with flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and Wi-Fi is available for those of you who must "stay connected" while you are away.
Located on 110th street, the Capri is known for all of it's amazing amenities. You will be your kid's hero when the see the huge indoor pool, large game room with a basketball court, ping-pong table, pool table, air hockey and of course video games! You'll love the tennis courts, workout center and the relaxation of sitting in the sauna! There is a large beach right in front of the hotel and is close to the lifeguard stand and beach rentals. There is no shortage of activities in the area, such as a water park, go carts, miniature golf, jet skis, movie theatres and some of the best restaurants in Ocean City!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.

* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Capri is an elevator building.

(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This is our second time staying at this unit. I grew up with my family beach house across the street on Old Wharf Road, so the Capri beach will always be a second home to me! I have stayed at many units in the Capri, and this one is my favorite! It is always clean and has all the amenities one needs. The beds are comfortable and lots of choices with pillows/blankets. I appreciated that the bathrooms had floor mats (I usually have to bring my own). We came for just 2 nights and I was surprised to see I was able to rent in the Capri for my short stay. I can't go back to a hotel after being used to having so much space. I love OC in the offseason and my kids loved the pool. Don't be tempted to rent a cheaper unit in the Capri, it won't be clean or updated (been there, done that). I am ok with the unit being on the 3rd floor, but others might want that high up view. I am sure there is more road noise from Coastal Hwy on this level in peak season...no issue for us this time of year. I like the the short elevator ride and the beach is steps away. I highly recommend this unit.

We were looking for a relaxing short getaway in Ocean City and this was just what hoped for. Awesome unit that was perfectly equipped for our family. The building was great and the beach location + the pool gave us a ton to do without having to leave the property. Will definitely book again soon.

Great location and view of the ocean. Was within a short drive to jolly rogers,the boardwalk and many restaurants. Loved that it was also on steps to the beach. Would highly recommend for location, space,and good communication.

Very clean and well maintained property. Very easy check in process. Very nice kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bedrooms with nice TVs, great living room and dining area. Bathrooms were a little small but no issues. Great location with a lot of things to do within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Capri. Our condo was clean, bright, and well organized. Our sliding door was very tricky and the second day I got locked onto our porch and out of the condo when I shut the door behind me, maintenance says that it happens often. I had to call to a guest in the parking lot to go for help. The beach, the indoor pool, and the arcade game room were really great. The adults and children in our group loved them. Stores and restaurants and ice cream shops were plentiful AND within easy walking distance, if you desired. It was mostly quiet at night, but emergency sirens nearby went off daily at different times. The master shower needs some major leak(s) prevention. All in all I would stay again at the Capri.

We stayed at this rental twice in the past two months. It's great for a winter getaway with the kids because the Capri has an indoor pool that is perfect.
Benchmark Property Services were great to deal with on both trips and I would recommend them for your vacation needs. We will definitely be using again.

Condo was awesome and clean. Nicely decorated. Bedding was nice as well. Plenty of items in kitchen to cook out of and plenty of dishes and cups etc. Rhonda and David made renting a pleasure. Very organized and well informed during the whole process of rental. Staying at the CAPRI is one of my favorite places in OC. Lots of amenities available for your use.

clean, bright and spacious describes this unit we stayed in. Excellent views of both the ocean and bay facing south. Well equipped kitchen but we had to buy coffee filters for the dip coffee maker ($5). The king bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had the best first night sleep of any hotel/condo ever! AC worked well and the shower was hot and ready when needed. Enormous big screen tv with many premium channels/streaming services available. Great WiFi and no issues with connectivity. The pool was bath water warm (which my wife appreciated). The outdoor sun deck was not crowded and lounges were comfortable.. only caveat being you could not enter the pool directly from the deck but only through the hotel second floor lobby. Many amenities include saunas and a game room and even a library. The outdoor rinse off station was well thought out and efficient. Beach access was easy and you did not require shoes to get to. Assigned parking cost $50 but it was worth it considering the peak season congestion. All in all this was a premium property...wished we stayed longer!

This was our second stay with Benchmark and they are extremely professional and provided what they promised both times. The unit was clean and comfortable with new appliances and large TVs. It was nice to have cable and access to all our streamers. The furniture is comfortable and beds were firm with was a variety of pillows to choose from based on your preferences. The view is good, not great, but the unit is on a lower floor so that's to be expected. We could see fireworks on New Year's Eve through the large windows though! The bathrooms were fully functional but the showers are a little dated, so if this matters to you then you might look elsewhere. The indoor pool is warm even in winter and there is a great game room and library/book swap (we left a few!). The building provides bins to bring items in from the parking lot which is convenient. Since it's uptown, a drive is required to get to the boardwalk but that is fine with us. Lots of good restaurants nearby and convenient to a supermarket and pharmacy.
