This was a great rental. Perfect location. Easy beach access. Pool, game room all came in handy. Would stay again!

This was a perfect property for two couples. It was very clean, just steps from the beach with an indoor pool. The property manager was very responsive when I had questions. I would recommend this property for sure.

We enjoyed our time in the condo, it was well equipped. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Both bathrooms needed a good scrubbing. The shower doors were covered in caked on soap scum and the base of the shower and tubs were very dirty. I know this can be easily remedied with the right sprays and a little muscle behind it.

Overall this was a nice condo. It was clean and decorated nicely. It had plenty of space for our family of 4 and really easy access to the beach and parking lot. You do only get one space for parking but the public lot is two clocks away and $10 a day. They do need new pillows and the carpets are starting to show the wear and tear from renting. Benchmark, who managed our condo we’re very easy to work with. The committee any that manages the building was average. The actual building is a little dated and when we were there one of the elevators kept stopping and saying it was having technical difficulties but the management group of the building didn’t seem too concerned. We found it unsettling to not know how long we would sit there until the doors would open.

A very relaxing and wonderful vacation. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

Everything was perfect as always I love staying here every year.

We loved our short trip during off season. Our condo was very homey feeling and beautifully decorated. Location of condo was perfect. Beds and couches were comfortable. We would stay here again! And the host/condo management very nice and accommodating!

The room was exactly as described. Very modern and updated. Upon entering we could tell that the property is well taken care of. It was also very clean. The combination lock on the door was very convenient! No worries about forgetting your keys. I have not one complaint about this room. Would stay again!

Upon arrival the rental was clean and neat. The complex had a beautiful indoor pool where we took a swim each day. Easy access to the beach. We purchased a permit to have a bonfire on the beach. The Capri was close to many wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be coming back. We honestly hated to leave.

Our family had an amazing time! Very close to the beach, assigned parking space, 3 elevators, washer/dryer, indoor pool, keyless entry, quiet, and can drive to many areas.

My only wish, which is so tiny, is that they had many more plastic store bought hangers in both closets.

This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as good as the first stay. It's very clean and well equipped. The indoor pool is nice when the weather isn't the best. Just a few steps to the beach with is also very nice. Thanks again for a great stay !

This cute cozy and extremely roomy condo was exactly what we were looking for!

It was extremely clean! Everything was beautiful and updated! The balcony view was amazing! The beds were comfortable and there was enough closet space for whatever you needed!

The area was great with everything you needed in walking distance!

We had a great time from the pool to the game room to the little library in the building. Oh and the beach in the backyard was a great bonus!

We took a mini vacation during Christmas break. The condo was perfect for us, 4 adults, 2 children. It was bright and clean, with great views. Everything from booking, to arrival was easy. Our security deposit was returned in a timely manner. The Capri building was also clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The security people were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a big hit with the grandkids. The game room ate most of the money, so it was disappointing, but no big deal. Our only complaint was the lack of luggage carts when we were leaving. People must have taken them the night before and kept them in their condos. There were none left to use, yet we saw no one using them on the multiple trips we had to make because of no carts. There were plenty there to use when we checked in.

Our stay at the Capri was great. Unit was nicely remodeled and large enough for our family. The kids loved the indoor pool and game room. Easy access to the beach as well. It was a wonderful stay!

the location was great with a direct with on the ocean. The only problem had nothing to do with the property and more with the weather which refused to cooperate (rainy and sometimes cold.

Bright and cheery condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Building has the best pool around and a fun arcade room too. Location is right on the beach and convenient to stores. Short drive gets you down to the boardwalk etc.

The condo was lovely and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the Condo was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and there were the pots/pans and cooking utensils for the week to cook three meals daily. The view of the water was nice and the weather pleasant. ONly drawback was the Pool was being maintenance and not available.

Recommend this rental. Although it was cold, being on the beach was a nice perk. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was responsive to questions and the condo management was helpful and friendly.

The condo was fantastic the views cannot be captured in the pictures. The entire unit was clean and exactly as advertised on the site. The building had amazing amenities and the staff was very helpful. It is probably the best off-season rental we have ever had! Go in the offseason as there is still plenty of things to do like the indoor heated pool, game room, and library.

The condo was lovely and as described, pictured. Everything with check-in and check-out was easy. The location was great. It was walkable to a few stores if you need any quick items.

The property was very nice would recommend it to friends or family.

Easy no hassle rental. The only issue we had was the code provided in the email for the building didn’t work. Easily solved at the front desk. Condo was great!

Condo was very nice and at a good location. It was noted in the contract that there is a $50 resort fee. However, it didn't mention that it had to be exactly $50 change/no credit. While security wasn't very accomodating about an additional parking space, there was a parking lot about 2 blocks away for $10 per day.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a winter getaway with my kids and nieces. Nice oceanfront location and beautiful indoor pool!
