Sunset South

We really enjoy our stay here. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved how close it was to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunset South. The place was clean and modern and very comfortable. We had an issue with the sink one day and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast in ocean city! The rental is in a prime location just steps from the beach. The place was clean and tidy. Only surprise was that due to the linen and towel package, you need to make your own beds upon arrival which was a tad disappointing given the cleaning fee. There was also a ring security system which made us feel safe, but would have been nice to have disclosed this prior to arrival for privacy reasons. All in all an amazing trip!!!

Everything was great and exactly as described.

This is our second year in this unit. We really love it! The one issue we had this year is that there was some sand on the mattress cover that we noticed when making the bed. We vacuumed it up, no big deal. We really enjoy this unit!

Great location, easy access to the beach. Storage locker was great for keeping beach items out of the car.
Unit is nice and updated - it could use a deep clean / dusting. The shades in the bedrooms are dusty as well as light fixtures. Under the beds were dirty as well.

Great location, steps from the beach, away from the boardwalk so it’s quiet but still only a short drive to all the amenities on the boardwalk. Good storage space for all your beach stuff at ground level. Outdoor showers to clean off. Everything you could want for your family for a beach vacation

Overall the getaway was great. The location was super convenient and beautifully decorated. There was a small miscommunication when we read the rules and it seemed there would be laundry facilities available. Not that big of a deal.

Unit was wonderfully kept and redone. It welcoming and clean. Short walk to beach, restaurants, bus stop and shopping. Rental office very quick to respond. Will definitely stay again!!

We loved this rental. Everything was clean, location was great, and the unit contained numerous extras that made life very
convenient while staying there. For example, every room had hooks, closets were a great size and had hampers. TVs in all rooms with many options, AC worked well, storage room for beach stuff, and an outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand. There was a community washer and dryer, but we didn’t use it. The closeness to the beach was also a bonus for having to use the bathroom while spending the day on the beach. We appreciated the assigned parking and the extra guest parking. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be looking to rent again next year.

The online pictures don’t show this place justice. The condo was beautiful inside. Everything matched perfectly. From the big touches to the small touches. Everything was well thought out. I felt like I was on vacation and didn’t want to leave. More then enough space for a family of four. We enjoyed walking to the beach right outside the door. I really wished it had a second bathroom but we managed. I will definitely book again.

My 1st time in a rental vs. Hotel. It was great, I felt safe during this covid pandemic. It was clean and close to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay, convenient and easy check-in and check-out.

Close to the beach, parking is tight but street parking is available. Clean and decorated! Will definitely love to stay here again

The condo was everything that was promised except the bed in the master was a full instead of a queen as advertised.
